Nikki Nicole Means propositioned me to be her business partner for her magazine company that she already was supposed to have up and going. However, once I deposited my saved Earnings into a joint account that we both signed to have opened, I began finding out that she was doing everything from scratch because she really had another business partner that she was stabbing in the back. Once my check cleared and the funds became available in the business account, Nikki began spending the money for personal use and other business that was not related to Bombshell Magazine business until she had depleted the account. I had also as a favor, made a verbal contract for her to pay weekly for a vehicle I owned, as she did not have a car at the time and was driving a rental that was in some other females name.
Once Nikki drove off in my car, she Never paid me Anything and kept my car for 3 months. After asking her to refund my Initial investment and to return my car on a couple of occasions, which she had agreed several times to do both, my husband and I went and repossessed my vehicle from Montgomery, AL. Nicole then locked me out of everything that dealt with Bombshell Magazine and began attacking my character, when she was in fact the person that had Wronged my family. I have made several attempt to obtain her address and attorneys information, as I have Enough physical evidence to substantiate that she owes and has agreed to pay my initial investment back but she refuses to cooperate. My money was used to start Gobombshell.com and since I have been locked out, I need my money returned asap.
