Bonnco LLc salea men came to my door to sell me a new Kirby, they stated that they could take my old Kirby Diamond in for repair and cleaning because I qualified for the Loyal Kirby customer program if I bought the new Kirby. I did. They took my Kirby Diamond told me that they would contact me in 3 days to let me know how long it was going to take for the kirby to be repair but that i would have my Kirby back in 7 to 10 days. that was 1/12/15 no phone call. I called the Area repair vaccumm number only to be told that the sales men and owner told him that I trade in my Kirby Diamond on to the new one. He not able to help me he stated because he is only the repair service but he would try to get a hold of the owner and get back with me. Service man did call only to say he got the owners voice mail and that he was only waiting for the owner to call him to give him the ok to release the Kirby Diamond to me. the Service man did say that it was mine if the contract did not say that i trade it but he could not releasse it until owner said it was ok. today is 2/2/15 and no phone or Kirby. I will be filing a police report in the am.
