Brandi Turner/Inman/Hamilton bought a Kinderpack (baby carrier), Cover , and Hood for $240 on The Babywearing Swap facebook group. She used the item for over 3 months. She tried to file a claim after 45 days on Paypal and her claim was denied. She then filed a chargeback with her credit card company and did a partial return.
The item was returned in used condition with stains and fading without the cover and hood. Paypal gave her credit card company a full refund by taking the money out of my account. She still has the cover and hood. In the process she was banned from The Babywearing Swap facebook group as well as others.
It started when she listed only the Kinderpack on The Babywearing Swap using my photo, against group rules due to fradulent conditon of items. I private message her and asked her to delete my photo. She got upset and publicly called me names on the listing and blocked me so I could not see i
An admin got involved and deleted her listing and contacted her.
She then tried to leave feedback unrelated to the purchase again calling me names. It was deleted by and admin and she was temporatily removed from the facebook group. She then tried to file a Paypal claim after 45 days and was denied. She then filed a chargeback but only returned the Kinderpack in stained and faded used condition.
She still has the Kinderpack Dinos cover (Dinosaur) and flat hood from Oobie Bean and Dolly. I have screenshots of everything and a video of me opening her package.
