I ordered and paid on Jan.27, 2015, it is now February 20, 2015 and my order is "processing."
They send me messages to review the items I ordered - when they have not sent me my order! I have tried to contact them - no phone number - just their email and they do not give a response other than they will respond in about 72 hours. Then, no response.
