After moving I realized I needed to change my address so looking for the USPS this mychangeaddress.com pop up, not looking into it. I filled it out then come the change of $39.99. I say this is crazy having to pay to change my address again not reading the find print I pay $39.99 twice for me and my girlfriend. SO JUST AND FYI READ FIND PRINT AND DON'T PAY TO CHANGE YOUR ADDRESS WITH MYCHANGEADDRESS. I attempt to stop payment and cancel unable to reach. Reach out to The USPS is only $1.05

CenturyLink Bundle rip-off

I placed an order for CenturyLink Bundle with phone, internet and Directv. I was told I would receive a $200 rebate from Directv and $150 rebate from Century Link. Well, the orders were placed but the service was not set up as a bundle and because I ordered through Bridgevine I am not eligible for any rebates. And I was told my service total would be $116.94 a month for everything. My Directv is $71.99 and I just got a bill from CenturyLink for $297.00!!!. Talk about shell shock. This was a total rip off. I am now paying more for these services that I was previously with Brighthouse. And, there is no way to contact Bridgevine to straighten it out.

I had signed up for Comcast internet services called "XFINITY Internet Performance - Non Cable Customer". My order confirmation number is 482727430. (Bridgevine Order Number: ap-34339)

I was told that the internet equipment (router and modem) are on a special mail in rebate program. So once I receive the equipment, I will also get the forms for mail in rebate. I received the equipment but not the rebate forms. I called several times and I was told that the forms will be emailed. Never received any email!

My equipment was supposed to be free under this mail in rebate. I have called their customer service and rebate center but they have declined to even identify me! For the record, the offer is still available to other gullible customers. And yes, no info on how to get the rebate form. The deceiving offer can be accessed on

The equipment is crappy and doesn't work very well. The mail in rebate is such a scam. It is amazing that they continue to offer this to other customers

I need the equipment amount refunded for the equipment I had ordered. The total is $169.95 (109.95 + 59.95)

Else, please help others not get deceived by this unethical company!

Thanks

Company advertises online, as if they were Time Warner Cable. Their logo says they are an authorized retailer. I am not sure what this means in that Time Warner is not aware of them, nor will Time Warner honor Bridgevine's online promotions, at least from me.

Highly disturbing, when I called the phone number on the Time Warner promo website, which was actually Bridgevine's, the Bridgevine rep requested a social security number on the account, "to check for outstanding bills" which we have none. I declined, and eventually they referred me to a Time Warner phone number. When I called Time Warner, they knew of nothing about it. I suspect this was Bridgevine's way of updating the account, by having the ssn on the account. I suspect they would call TimeWarner, and order the upgrade. Because I did not give them the ssn, they could not finalize the deal/scam, and gave me the TW phone number to call.

When I called TimeWarner, they knew nothing of any of this, and started from scratch, saying they could not honor any 3rd party claims. Nor could they honor the package deal that Bridgevine had offerred me. Nor the VISA card.

Note this whole adventure took 32 minutes on the phone: about 7 with the first Bridgevine rep who asked me all sorts of things about the account, which I thought was curious in that I thought he would know (and would have if he were Time Warner), then about 10 minutes with the next Bridgevine rep (who put me on hold several times to check several things). Then when I called Time Warner, we started all over. What a waste; and no acknowledgement that they were who they are; they lead me to believe they were Time Warner, which they obviously are not.

Borderline at best; probably worse if you read the other reports.
