I performed a detailed property Broker Price Opinion for this company in June of 2014. They agreed to pay me $500. As of February 17, 2015 and after many phone calls, still no payment. The BBB and the Colorado Attorney General have a long file on them. They are a scam!
I have not yet been paid for reports I have done and completed for the past two years for BrokerPriceOpinion.com I have continually emailed and called and each time they say they are working on it but then their story changes and they say the checks for their last batch have gone out and unfortunately mine wasn't included.....this is continually the same excuse they give. They owe me considerable amount of money. I have provided the services they had requested but they have cheated me out of my pay. Run fast! if you are thinking about working with this company. They are cheats as well as liars.
I have completed 13 BPO's for this company and have not been paid. I was told that I would be paid starting in May but when I called to check on it, I was told that I would not be paid in May and they could not tell me when I would be paid. I went to the BBB and found several complaints for the same thing. They are still recruiting new agents and still call me and email me requesting my services. BEWARE! They owe me $495 and can't tell me when I will get paid even though they have been paid for the work that I completed.
