I LOANED A COMPANY CALLED BUILDER LEASE PURCHASE LLC $5000 SHORT TERM AND HAVE BEEN GIVEN MANY EXCUSES REGARDING THE REPAYMENT OF THE LOAN. I HAVE AN AGREEMENT AND A COMMON BANKER THAT IS INVOLVED IN THE AGREEMENT. THE LOAN WAS FOR A REAL ESTATE CLOSING TO BE REPAID IN 30-60 DAYS AT 20% INTEREST. THIS AGREEMENT HAS TURNED INTO A BAD DEBT AND THE OWNER MICHAEL C WALKER IS A COMPLETE CON ARTEST. KEEP READING AS THIS PERSON IS DANGEROUS AND IS RUNNING A PONZI SCHEME AND USES TACTICS THAT HE WATCHES ON TV OF FAMIOUS CON ARTIST.

I HAVE RECEIVED A REPLY TO MY SMALL CLAIM COURT ORDER, MICHAEL C WALKER CLAIMES IN HIS OWN WORDS THAT THE LOANS HE IS TAKING OUT ARE ILLEGAL. CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT SOME ONE WOULD BORROW MONEY AND RENIG ON THE LOAN BECAUSE ITS ILLEGAL WHEN ITS HIS LEGAL DOCUMENT AND HIS TERMS ANY ONE WHO WAS INVOLVED IN THIS BUSINESS WILL BE LET DOWN AND WILL LOOSE ALL INVESTMENTS AND MAYBE THE HOUSE THAT YOU PURCHASED FROM THIS PERSON.

I HAVE BEEN WATCHING EPISODES OF AMERICAN GREED ON A&E THEY HAVE SHOW CASED SEVERAL PEOPLE THAT ALL USE THE SAME MO TO TRICK INVESTERS INTO MAKING A FEW DEALS THAT START OUT AS HIGH INTEREST LOANS. THE INVESTOR GETS A FEW DEALS UNDER THEIR BELT AND GETS HOOKED AND WANTS MORE DEALS SO THEY CAN MAKE MORE PROFITS. IT ALL SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE LIKE 20% INTEREST IN A FEW MONTHS TIME. IT ALLWAYS ENDS WITH THE INVESTOR LOOSING HIS LIFE'S SAVINGS AND THE BORROWER LIKE BERNIE MADOFF LIVING AN EXTREME LIFESTYLE ON ILLGOTEN MONEY FROM UNINFORMED INVESTORS.

THE RESULTS ARE ALL THE SAME. THE ORIGINAL BORROWER IS USUALLY LYING ABOUT THE LOAN OR LOANS HE WILL SAY SOMETHING LIKE DON'T COMMUNICATE WITH THE THIRD PARTY BUCAUSE THEY ARE VERY PRIVATE OR WOULD BE EMBARRESTED TO BE CONTACTED DIRECTLY. THE PERSON WHO BORROWED THE MONEY HAS QUIT COMMUNICATING AND HAS CLAIMED SEVERE HEALTH ISSUES HAS CAUSED THIS DELAY IN REPAYMENT THAT IS CLASSIC FOR A STALL TO REPAYMENT.
