Apparently after your year is up they keep on charging you on a month to month. According to them, it is on the some email somewhere. Never are you notified that your year is about to be up and you will be billed monthly unless you call and cancel. Well I DID NOT realize this and have not been checking my credit card statement closesly. I threw out the passes after my year was up. I called (after 3 months extra charges) to ask for a refund and they refused. It was on the original paperwork -- they say-- well I don't have it. It is sneaky, sleezy and deceitful business practice.
I know I am not the only one to be ripped off. I have filed a complaint with the BBB about them.
This is a total rip off. I know many who cannot afford tickets except to pay this way, like me and the fact that Busch Gardens can get away with something like this disgusts me. I will pass this information on to as many of my customers as I can. I plan to never go to their parks again!
