In October of 2014 we bought a brand new Winnebago Journey 40R rv from this business. We took it on a trip, had some warranty issues that needed repaired and returned to the seller to have them addressed. We dropped the rv off on January 22, 2015 before noon with a promise date of April 6' 2015. Many calls and unreturned emails later we called and were told unit was done. we returned on May 14, 2015 to pick it up.
items to be fixed were bathroom slide cabinet hard to slide out and completely fell off, heat at dash not properly working,flap on range at stove noisy while driving, jack system stated jacks were down warning came on while driving, tire that was flat on original pickup date that was said fixed keeps going low, and mud flap not properly installed came off while driving and was damaged. When we started up unit within first minute jack system warning that jacks were down came on. Cabinet in bathroom slides rough and you have to hold onto it because it feels like it will fall down. Mud flap they replaced is from another model. Stove flap is still noisy, couldn't fix heat at dash stating it needs to go to freight liner for repair. Tire seems ok for now work order states they aired it up only.
We got the unit home and onto our driveway and proceeded to slide out the slides. The bedroom slide will not slide out at all And cannot get shore power to the rv when we plug it into our electric. Slide for galley slides out and a seal on that slide is coming loose. As far as we can tell nothing was fixed and there are now 3 new issues.
