I ordered 2 products on September 1, 2014 from CAN Health via an internet ad. The products are Slim Cleanse plus and Garcinia Cambogia. On September 15, 2014 they took from my checking account a total of $179.90. I was unaware of the charges against my checking account until I received my bank statement on October 24, 2014. I was out of the state dealing with an emergency from about Sept. 8th through October 22, 2014. I contacted this organization on September 24th by phone and the man I spoke to said box up the remainder of the products and mail it back to us and we'll give you a full refund minus the postage fees of $9.90. The employee's number is NVKB 0924. They have not refunded my money nor credited my bank account. I have 34 pills of the slim cleanse plus pills and 36 pills of the Garcinia Cambigia. Being that I was out of state and the product was at my home in Las Vegas, I had no way of returning the product at that time.
On October 31, 2014 I called the 1-888-628-4690 and spoke with an employee named Chad. I explained that the product has not been returned and I needed a return address. He said, no, you ordered the product Sept. 1 and if you wanted to cancel it had to be within 12 days. I am furious. The product doesn't work, they won't take it back and they refuse to refund any of my money.
I went to my bank and filed a claim against the company so that I can retrieve my $170.00. This is the biggest rip off I have ever been involved in. I sure hope you folks can stop this company from doing this to any other person. I have been unemployed for over 4 yrs and this company came very close to overdrawing my account.
