I've dealt with candela for years I recently went to place a large order for my company, name of my company not listed for protection but when I called in I got on the phone with a blithering idiot named freda or something like that. I can imagine her being that neighbor who calls the cops on you BC your dog is barking and she proceeded to mess up my order. I then demanded to speak with her manager who is patty macias. when I talked to patty she proceeded to tell me that she had my phone call recorded and this and that is what I said so they would not refund my money. I was unaware that whatever I did and said would be used against me in the candela court of law.... They will never receive my business ever again and I recommend using spotlighting.com instead
