Looked around for a pcm for my car for awhile came across this company carcomuterexchance.com from ebay and online called them up asked about my pcm they said they had 1 left it was $318 and would be delivered 2/3 days to my home i paid with my debit card waited 6 days and called them back they said oh we are sorry the pcm we have wont work for u they said they will find me one i said ill look on my end also i found one the next day called them back and asked for my $ back they said they will give it to the billing department it would be back in my account in 5 days gave them allmost 2 weeks because of 4th of July weekend called them back wanted to talk to billing department and theres no direct line to them ok give me the manager oh he is away also give me your # and someone will call u back i said no this is the third time u was sopost to call me back then i look them up on complaints here before i call bbb and see im not the only one this so called company needs shut down they are a rip off company taking $ i need to support my family and kids
