To tell you the truth I used this Web Site for a long time and never had a problem. Several months ago I would put 5 stars and excellent review. But lately I had problem with 3 orders in a row and I decided to share my experience. I would say it all started with change of look and feel and name on credit card of their company. I do not know what to make of it but maybe they are "under new management".

The nature of business is that you order gift cards with discount and use it to buy in your favorite stores. You can also sell gift cards with some discount if you do not use a store for what gift card was issued. Theoretically company makes little something and both sides are happy.

Practically I have got a fake card for bed bath and beyond. It would not verify on company's web site and report error.

I have written 2 letters to their customer support and received no reaction. I called them and was put on hold for and hour. When I finally have got to representative she immediately disconnected when I started to talk about my situation. I tried again and was disconnected again. Then I was told and they returned money already. I went to web site of my credit card and found no refund. I called again and was disconnected.

The next order I received a letter that one of the cards I purchased is refunded already. The other one was for smaller amount. I went to credit card Web Site and nothing was refunded.

The other purchase was e printable card and there was no email.I called yet again and was disconnected several times. I finally called to my credit card and asked if they can remedy situation somehow. They agreed to help.

And then I called again and my first question was "Can I speak to your manager?" This lady on the phone became supernice instantly. I described dropped calls, 2 emails sent in vine, credit card taking care of their fraud, and unsent email with printable card. She immediately sent me email and gave her name and extension. She sent me an email for contact and said that if I have such problems in future I can call directly to her. I do not think it matters.I will never have business with them.

Cardcash told me they were going to send my cards back to me since they couldn't be verified, 6 months later no payment and no cards. After many attempts to speak with a manager they finally told me they couldn't locate them and they must have been misplaced. I Opened a case with the BBB because it had been over 6 months and I had no resolution and no one ever called me back. I was sent e cards as a resolution which was accepted and case with the BBB was settled. One of the cards was for 232.20 didn't work online. When I went to the store they told me they do not accept e-cards ever.

When I opened the case with the BBB I requested my original cards back or a full refund because I was no longer willing to do business at this point (due to no communication, avoidance of calls, and I needed the money 7 months ago) Called and was told they would send me a check for 232.20 since it didnt work and rep Ryan said this was approved by a manager, I later received a check for $150.

Called back and was told by the rep she spoke to her manager and they agreed I was supposed to be sent a check for 232.20. She said they will send a check for the difference and I would get an email that day verifying it. They also told me it was ok to cash the check for the $150.

After a couple of days with no response I Called back and was told it was a miscommunication between the management and the reps I was speaking with. How can it be a "miscommunication" both times? Especially when she specifically said her manager agreed I was to get the full amount due. They then told me I was only getting the $150. Advised them the settlement through the BBB was for the full amount. Rep stated her manager said it didn't matter what was settled thru the BBB and there was nothing they would do for me. The manager never came on the phone to speak with me, even after I requested to speak with them. To be completely honest I have opened another case with the BBB and will be opening a case with the state of NJ soon.

I don't know where to start as this whole purchase process is very disappointing , frustrating and cost me loss of money and time for the gift-cards purchased with them and which are still not delivered as of today.

I am an IT Consultant by Profession and though I shop online many times this is the worst ever experience so far and before making the purchase I called and enquired about shipping with a rep as I was purchasing cards to buy birthday gift in a store for kids and she confirmed that cards would be shipped within 24hrs. So I purchased sports authority gift-cards with 20% discounted price for $355.20 with a face-value of $426.24 on 03-26-14 and followed-up with them next day and was told that order was processed and will be shipped in 24hrs as advertised on their website.

But when I got a reply to my email in which one of their customer care rep mentioned even if they shipped that day I might not get by weekend, so I sensed something fishy and called them many times & left messages and finally got hold of one rep who confirmed the order was processed and there is no reason for any delay.

I called again on 03-28-14 and then they told me that the cards were not shipped because they were busy with moving and it would be definitely shipped that day. so I was hoping they would and when I called again on 03-31-14 and I got the same answer, by now I was stuck with them. Like mentioned the purchase I was about to make was an in-store item and a birthday gift so I had no option to buy the product in store without any discount (20% which i was supposed to have saved had they mailed the cards in time ) on my credit card.

I can show the proof of purchase/receipt of the product for around $450 which I made at sport authority.

As of today 04-03-14 I still haven't received my gift-cards and Instead of refund they are saying they would charge me 10% restocking fee if I return them & told me complain to whomsoever I want.

Today they gave me a tracking# which is of no use.

Because of this purchase I couldn't save 20% which I would have if the cards arrived in time or had they told me about delay or cancelled my order so that I could have bought cards somewhere else (but they didn't)

I think they were fully aware of delay & intentionally made the sale happen so as not to loose customers/sale when they could have simply put up a note on there website about delays in shipping or could have mentioned delay in any other email.

I JUST WANT 20% REFUND AS THATS WHAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO SAVE.

I think BBB will find out themselves about their business practices if they approach them as a customers as they do not have any remorse about their behavior or they way they conduct business.

I have copy of every email & I can give you my PAYPAL account details where you can verify my credibility and purchases.

I would appreciate if SOMEONE could resolve this & caution online customers and fix such business practices.
