Cardy Ng was to take pictures of our products, clients and events for the company's website and marketing usuage. He was also responsible for our company's social media outlet (twitter, pinterest and facebook).
He has only gave us some of the photos taken of our products, clients and events, as we've found him using these photos on his personal facebook and instagram to promote himself. Been asking for the full file of the photos taken, still yet to recieve the complete files, he has only give limited access and limited copies of photos he had taken of our products, clients and events.
Secondly, Cardy create all our social media outlet, but he did not use the company email and create a similiar email address to open these social medias. When ask to give us access to these account, he refuse to give back ownership to the social media accounts which has our logo and product pictures.
Not sure if there's any internet laws/ruling to help but we are merciless under his conditions and this situation has cause our company monetary and branding damages.
