I have only SSDI income and my doctor is 50 miles away one way. Also, I have to travel the same distance for IV treatments once a month. Have been waiting over a month for gad reimbursement. It's almost time for another treatment and still no money. When I have called I constantly get put on hold and left 20-30 mins. And, continually getting transferred when and if someone answers. Talk to this dept for this, hold on while I put you on hold (20+ mins). Dept answers, put on hold again. Still.no answer or check.
