BEWARE AND BE WATCHFUL- This is disheartening and disappointing that such company such as CARPET DEPOT still exists in this world today. As a customer we have been badly treated with no respect and our experience with such a company is appalling. They provided an inferior quality carpet that we were charged $3000.00. 
Installation was extremely poor and after numerous complaints, the unreasonable owner asked one of the insolent rep Larry (rude, impudent, unprofessionalism assistant who certainly could not help but made inappropriate silly remarks and criticize that the initial carpet should not have been installed.
Three thousand dollars $3000 was charged for the awful, horrible job that was completed and the carpet was coming loose from floor, there was a huge, unsightly seam across the floor after only six months and numerous complaints to owner fell on deaf ears.
We would never buy or recommend them to anyone ever again. Please do watch out for CARPET DEPOT, the company has been operating under false pretense.
The service techs and the sales reps tell two different stories. The carpet purchased was under warranty but the owner Steve Melker concluded he could only replace the carpet if we pay another couple of thousands for a job that was improperly done from the get go. This is when I realized that CARPET DEPOT is a ripoff entity.
