According to KIA customer affairs USA Terry and Sherman Oaks Service Consultant Mr. Gonzalez, if you did not change your oil on time based on Owners Manual , or late little bit, your factory warranty is void by Kia Service department and you have to pay for leased KIA. They find every excuse to rip you.
