I'm about to celebrate my 1 year anniversary with my husband in a few weeks and still have NOT received my wedding video. This man is dishonest and has no integrity.
My parents hired him and when he showed up at my wedding, he demanded full payment. My parents had to ask family members for money to help pay him- although that was not the agreement he had made.
A YEAR later, he has managed to avoid phone calls from my parents asking for the status. My parents had to drive to Hollister from San Francisco to find him.
When they finally spoke to him, he apologized and said that he'd have the video within the next week. It's been 3 weeks and NOTHING.
I can't comment on the quality because I have yet to actually see his work. I'm very disappointed and will look into legal action.This is my wedding video, it's something that I looked forward to watching and someday showing my kids- this man is taking that away from us.
