A lawyer's office called me today and said I would be arrested for a felony charge. My loan was only for 200 dollars and it has been so long I thought I had paid it off. They said I would be charged for a felony because my attorney fees were now inclulded in my case. My case was only 200 now it is almost 1300 dollars I told them I would take my chances and go to court. I have never received any paperwork saying I owe any balance and they company did not even have my correct address. The attorney said they did have to contact me before they filed an affidavit against me. I think this is unfair, What can I do?
