This started when our truck was towed. It was taken to sun city towing. Cash time showed up Monday am 6/29/15, it was towed on 6/11/15, gave sun city towing paperwork that stated that we were deliquent on payments, funny payments were due on the 4th of every month, paper was notarized, and all payments were made on time. Other paper work stated that sun city was clear and free of any damages and or theft, at the time of towing surpise police took inventory of everything in the truck, she we picked it up at cashtime, everything was missing. All tools, cd's, buffer w wax and parts. Everything that was inventoried by police was taken. First thing never should have been taken from sun city towing, the cost jumped from $295 to $560, cash time charged me more for towing, charged for a repoe, charge me for legal fees. All this is bs, never received a call from cash time, they call about anything else, but not this. Please tell me how they can lie to sun city towing, non payment on a notarized document, notarized letter stating that sctowing is no longer respossible for theft and or damages. This has taken almost all of my disability and we have a payment due on the 4th, this is going to leave us homeless. This type of business, ripping ppl off needs to stop,TODAY!!!!!!
