Pure bait and switch! I was quoted $337 for my iphone 5s. It was in a flawless condition. The device was repacked in the original box and sent to them. Only $170 was sent to me through check. I bargained a lot but all in vain. They are cheaters and thieves!!

They are scammers. I sent them a phone that was 6 weeks old. It still had the protective cover except on the screen. They told me that the phone had heavy wear on it. Then they sent me a check of 70 dollars after an initial quote of 173 dollars. They told me that they could not send the phone back. The reason was, because I did not answer an email. I didn't tell them about rejecting the offered price through email. And my check had already been shipped by them. I will never use this company or any affiliates it may have. I strongly recommend that no one else does either.
Cashforiphones, offered me $192 for an iphone 3g in excellent condition. I sent it to them, and a month later received an email stating that they were going to pay me $80 for it, and i had seven days to contact them to accept or reject their offer. I made several calls to them, i sent them an email Twice) telling them that i did not accept their offer and wanted my phone back. No response. I suspect that they never intend to answer the phone, because that’ll take away all the unnecessary holding for 30+ minutes and that way. They can also use it as an excuse to say that i never contacted them and accepted their low-ball offer.

I shipped my device to www.Cashforiphones.com and i received an email saying it was being inspected to determine its final value. I was to be notified of what this final value was prior to payment. After some days, i received a paypal notice that they have sent me $61, 50% of the original quote. Efforts to call cashforiphones have been fruitless to this point. It takes too long just to get to them. Once you get a hold of their customer service, they will give you 100 reasons why your device is priced low. I wish i have sold it on ebay or craiglist.

I am fed-up by calling many times to this cashforiphones company. They are not responding to my call. I have sold them my laptop but i returned nothing.Please someone help me in recovering my laptop or at-least money from them. I have decided now that i will go to their office on the address mentioned on website. May be that way, i would be able to get something.
I want to tell everybody about the reality of this company cashforiphones. They take the advantage of the people's emotions through their glossy website. Website looks very authentic and anyone can easily be dodged by the authentic content and the details of the website and the exact thing happened with me. I got tempted by the estimation price of my iphone and took a chance of getting good money in return of my iphone selling out. But the scenario was totally opposite, i was initially answered very politely by the customer representative in regards with every kind of information i needed at that time but as soon as i shipped my iphone, i was ignored badly and completely and i did not get any update about when i would get my money in return and also there was no tracking information provided by their customer services about my iphone they got or not? Really it was a nightmare but after 1 month i just got the check of $80 and that really got me pissed with my nerves almost destroyed with tension and depression

Upon receiving the phone, they took 10 days to process it, all the while, coming up with various reasons why my phone isn't in perfect condition. Later, they proceeded to credit $80 into my paypal account, without informing me about it at all.
I called and also emailed my complaint about this whole scam they were running. It took 4 days for management at cashforiphones to respond to my concerns. The excuse that they gave was that the market for my phone had gone south and that $80 was all it was worth. She also said that my phone charger would cost them considerable amounts of money if they had to replace it. All said and done, i was not able to get my phone back or more money out of the company
Recently, i went online and found this cashforiphones website to sell my iphone 4s 64gb. I was asked to complete a quick questionnaire before receiving a quote of up to $153. Ok. That sounded good enough, so i sent my phone to cash for iphones. It took them over a week to inspect my phone, and to send me an email saying that the evaluation has been completed and requesting me to call. On the phone, the lady told me that there were a few "white pixels" on the screen and "we can give you $45 for it. How would you like that sent?" i'm not happy with the site!! don't waste your time on cash for iphones.com. Instead, sell your electronics online on ebay or craigslist.
