I started being garnished in 2007 for a $4,246.14 credit card debt. As of current I have paid in a total of $5679.66.
My current balance is NOW $6144.01. I will NEVER be able to pay this off. I am a single mother of 3 trying to make ends meet. I am having almost $400 a month garnished! This is a rip off!
I have paid well over what was owed. This should not be legal!
