I ordered a blood pressure monitor on their website on May 23, 2015. Product was never delivered and it is impossible to reach them by any method. They prompt the purchaser to buy PlayStation Gift cards to complete the transaction - so it will probably be hard to trace their scam.

I can not believe I fell for this. I found a product that I wanted it cost S99.00 and I saw it on Celire for only $50 dollars so I went to the website and I look around and it felt like other were doing it...they had Youtube video and everythng of real people who had a pleaseant experince, reviews. So I was told they do not take credit cards I had to go and get a Music card from Amazon so I did and they told me to send them the code and I will get my shippment in a few days. I did and I got NOTHING in return. I tried to reach time but they never email me back. I only got one email and that was when I first place my order.

Now look what is in the place of it? I have been a victum of fraud!! How am I going to get my money back how.

I ordered and paid $100 for two phones on May 27, 2015, using their requied Amazon Playstation Vouchers. I received payment confirmation email that same day. I have sent several messages with no reply. Now the company email gets kicked back as undeliverable.

  • Jun 24, 2015

I ordered a Kindle Paperwhite from a company called Celine.com on May 21 with a promise that my product would be delivered to my house within 7-10 days. It is now June 23 and I have received no Paperwhite and no explanation from the company explaining why it has been such a delay. Whan I email the site I get no reply. There is no phone number to call and no mailing address to contact. I can't put a hold on my credit card because I was duped into sending them an Amazon $50 gift card to complete the transaction. I know that was STUPID now but I was gullible and trustworthy at the time of purchase. I plan on reporting the company to the Better Business Bureau, but I have read many posts wth letters to the BBB attached, so I won't be the first person to take this action. I guess the deals were too good to be true after all.

Ordered a sonos speaker on May 26, 2015. Celire requires you purchase a Playstation gift card in order to pay for your purchase. They direct you to purchase this gift card from Amazon. good never arrived. Link to site no longer works. Phone numbers do not work. Many others reporting on this scam. We called Amazon to report and they claim no knowledge of the practice and will not post a warning about this scam in connection with these cards.

I still hope all of this is a misundertanding, well what can I say dont fall for it, I really hope this could help some one else before they buy anything from celire.com like my boss will say "if something sounds to Good to be truth, IS NOT" I guess still have a lot to lern. good luck to everyone trying in good faith.

This site boasts great prices on many items. there are mixed reviews online. they take your money in the form of a playstaion gift card so it is untraceable. then they do not ship or return any correspondence

On Wednesday 20 May, 2015, I ordered 1 Canon PowerShot SX530 HS Digital Camera and was sent an order confirmation email. A few minutes later I was sent another email from a Carla Keegan Sales Representative. It said “As soon as your payment is received we will begin processing your order.”

Payment Method

------------------------------------------------------

Credit Card(Supported Payment options: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover)

You will be able to pay with : Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover. This was at the bottom of the email that I received for the order confirmation so I was surprised when I was asked to get a playstation card from amazon. I followed the instructions and did as I was asked. On May 21, I was sent this

Hello,

Thank you for your payment. Your order is now processing. It can take up to 2 business days. As soon as it's done we'll update your order status with all the relevant information.

At your disposal,

When I opened the email there was no tracking number. I sent a reply asking for one and they sent the exact same email to me a second time at ‎12‎:‎27‎ ‎AM that night.

When I placed the order I saved the page for the camera in my favorites as is my habit when I purchase online. This is the link that I saved. It doesn’t even direct me to Celire.com, It takes me to “aBAGon The Best Online Store”. The Item displayed is a Hamilton Beach Blender, Not the camera that I saved?

I have saved all of the emails that went between us.

My husband warned me against this site because we couldn’t find much on it. He now reminds me every day that I have been had Probably by some teen that wants to purchase online games.

As many of you may have noticed, celire.com has been 'offline' for several days; not sure if 'authorities' shut them down or if they may be 're-inventing' themselves for further 'scams'.

Celire.com 'scam' complaint

As the old saying goes, "if it seems too good to be true, it probably isn't true".

Hopefully 'authorities' have put a stop to this 'fraud' and might be able to facilitate 'victims' getting 'refunds' for their losses.

1-when 'online', celire.com server is 'very slow', so you have to be patient when trying to access that site.

2-while operating, celire seemed to be using 'domainsbyproxy' which is supposedly located in scottsdale; the isp provider, 'cloudflare' is located in either san jose or san francisco, ca.

Summary of complaint:

Celire.com seems like a killer deal...But it really just kills your pocketbook!

Some items are listed at great "sale or promotional" prices. Once you get to 'check-out' screen, you are requested to purchase a psnSony playstation gift card) 'code' and submit it for payment. Upon payment receipt an email is sent stating that your order is being processed and may take up to 2 business days.

A couple days later they send another email indicating your order/product was shipped and should be received within 7 business days. They 'do not' provide the name of the 'carrier' or any 'tracking info'.

You never hear from them again. Silence. No response to emails. No merchandise sent. The phone number rings once and then you get a busy tone. They have gone to great efforts to seem legitimate.

There are videos on youtube from people claiming to have gotten products from them. There are reviews, but they are all from celire.com's own blog.

Details regarding my personal celire.com 'scam' incident are as follows.

I initially found out about this company and 'fantastic deal' on 5/18/15 via price machine at [email protected] which indicated nextag was listing the subject monitor being available at celire.com for $49.99.

  • Jun 12, 2015

I ordered a iphone from Celire.com on May 17th 2015 and when I checked out, the company asked me to pay for the phone via Playstation code from Amazon.com. I purchased the code and entered it in for the payment. I never recieved an email about shipping confirmation but it said my payment went through. Now I have been waiting for almost a month and the website doesn't exist. I got ripped off and want to report them so they don't rip other people off.

  • Jun 11, 2015

I found this company through a Google search for a security camera. I emailed asking why they were half the price as anywhere else (dropcam). They immediately replied something about discount from supplier blah blah and signed Carla Keegan. Perfect English in the email. The check out process requires a playstation code. After reading about the codes on Amazon reviews, I learned that apparently you can only buy the codes from the US, and that some companies get them then resell for way more money. I figured that's why it wasn't too good to be true. Then I did a Google search for reviews and found so many positive reviews and even videos. Didn't find negative reviews. I mean a TON of positive normal sounding experiences. No red flags. So I ordered. That was May 25. It's been radio silence since then and my account still says the order is progressing. I've written MANY times with no response. Couldn't find a phone number but sounds like even if I could there would be no response (according to the other complaint). Other complaint says they are based in Texas and to file a complaint with BBB. They need to be shut down!!! I plan to post on every possible place I can find, including some of those legit sites I found during Google search (like yahoo answers). I hope this complaint helps get them shut down and thrown in jail (in a perfect world) but at least saves someone else. Glad I only did one code but it's still $50...

Saw a great TV Stand on their website for a great deal - only 49.99 with free shipping. The website prompted for you to place the order online and then they would send you a confirmation and you would have to pay by visiting Amazon.com, getting a PSN gift card and then sending them the gift card information for payment. I did that and received payment confirmation via email.

Then over a week passed, and no TV stand delivery. So, I went back to the website and there was no phone number listed for them (red flag) not even an email (another red flag) - only a "contact form". So, I sent a message through the contact form, waited a few days, no response. Then I did it again, still no response. Went to do it again today and threaten to report them to BBB, but suddenly the website is down; no longer active.

Sadly, it appears I have been scammed.

I made a purchase (celire.com) for a Dyson Dc65 Vacum cleaner May 20 2015. My payment was by purchasing a Amazon Play Station code and then typing that code into Celire's online form.

I received a notification that my product was shipped and would arrive May 27 or the 28.

I have not received my product. I am not getting any response to the many emails that I have sent inquiring about a tracking number and the arrival of my vacuum cleaner.

below is a copy of the email sent to me:

  • Jun 8, 2015

I followed a link to celire.com. They portrayed themselves as a discounted overstock company. The website looks authentic and has many

products in almost every category. I was looking for two laptops and a gas grill. I found what I wanted and went to check out. That was when I

questioned it in my head. The payment method that they use is Playstation vouchers that you get from amazon. I started checking out othe

r parts of their website an found where they explained about using the vouchers as payment.

They are supposedly affiliated with amazon and Playstation. Here is the youtube video address where they explain why they use Playstation

vouchers : youtu.be/IIZD01kx510. After viewing that video I decided to proceed with my order. I went to amazon and purchased 3

$50.00 Playstation vouchers. Next, I went back to celire.com and entered each code as payment of my purchases. I received a confirmation

email right away.

Then I waited. A few days went by with no word about my orders. I went to celire.com to check the status of my orders and it said they were

pending. I sent them an email asking them when they would ship my items. No response. I emailed again and still no response. That is when I

knew that I had been scammed.

So, why didn't I pick up on it a little earlier? Because I have always trusted Amazon and I am a frequent customer of there's. I thought they had

an affiliate relationship with celire.com. FYI, Playstation vouchers are not refundable unless the code has not been used. So, call amazon and

ask them to check and see if the codes have been used yet. If they have not been used, Amazon will refund your money because this is a scam.

Now out $150.00, I want to try to warn other people. I want to see this group of scammed go down.

  • Jun 6, 2015

Celire is a scam operation. As noted by others they require the buyer to purchase a Playstation card from Amazon and then after giving them the card's code they confirm your order and then disappears and is never heard from again. No merchandise is sent, no customer service response and telephone is always busy and never answered. Your transaction cannot be disputed with your credit card company because you did in fact receive what you ordered - a Playstation card.

If you have been scammed, please help put this outfit out of business and beyond bars by filing a report with:

1 - Better Business Bureau - Houston (www.bbbhou.org)

2 - FBI Internet Scam Division (www.ic3.gov)

3 - FTC Complaint (www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov)

4 - Amazon.com (www.amazon.com - "Contact us")

I made 3 payments each of $50 for ipod touch, ipad and Sonicare tooth brush with psn gift cards. And for ipod I got email from [email protected] on May 24th saying that the ipod is shipped and estimated delivery date is May 27 - 28. And today is June 4th and it never arrived. I sent emails to them and there are no replies to them. And their customer service number 866-467-5814 is always busy.

I bought lot of things on Internet but it never happened to me like this. I want refund of my money.

  • Jun 5, 2015

Never order from Celire.com! The website has great looking deals and you pay with ie: Playstation gift cards. They get a better deal redeeming the gift cards, you supposedly get a good deal with no tax/vat etc.

The denomination of the gift card is ie: $50 but the price of the item is $50.01... what to do about the one cent difference? Who knows? I entered the coupon code as asked then got an email 48hrs later saying I had to enter the code ... NO link to reenter the code, NO way to contact the sender of the email for clairification of what to do.

I have emailed the company 4 times NOT A SINGLE email returned!

Stay away from them ... they are a total scam and a crap company....BURN your money instead!

  • Jun 5, 2015

After checking the Trust Rating of the company with Scamadviser.com and reading several positive reviews, I purchased a TV for $50 using a PS giftcard purchased on Amazon, as instructed at checkout. After a few days, my order updated to "Shipped" with the estimated delivery date of May 27-28. It is now June 4 and I have neither received the TV nor any response to my repeated emails requesting a tracking number. Now I am seeing all these SCAM reports, which were not here at the time I ordered the TV on 5/19/2015. There is no way to get my money refunded or file a credit card dispute, since I purchased a legitimate PS code from Amazon and used it.

  • Jun 5, 2015

There was originally a working phone number given by a customer support named Carla during the month of April and early part of May of this year 2015. Then after making a purchase and them letting me know the item I bought was shipped....

Cerile is yet to deliver the item I bought from them..They do not have working phone number, and they do not respond back after I bought and item from them.

  • Jun 4, 2015

My order from celire.com was placed and required to be paid via a prepaid Playstation card purchased on Amazon.com. I paid for my item with the card/code, and received an email confirmation that the payment was accepted.

I received notification of shipping with an estimated delivery date of May 28. I have not received the item or any further information regarding the shipping. There is no tracking information or indication of what shipping carrier was used, nor was any tracking information provided.

The company has not responded to email send from their website.

  • Jun 4, 2015

Okay so two weeks ago I ran into an ad for celire.com and some invicta watches. I couldn't believe it the watch I wanted was selling for 50.00$ when on amazon.com it was for 89.99$ so I start a shopping cart with a total of 4 invicta watches for a subtotal of 200.00. I figured, wow am saving huge bucks here. The checkout process should've been my hint to just stop and leave but the prices were so good I just had to give them the benefit of the doubt. So I went ahead and purchased a total of 4 psn 50 cards and provided the voucher codes to celire.com I immediately received an order confirmation email stating my order was processing and my items would ship within two days. It's now been two weeks and countless emails on my behalf to no response whatsoever SMH! I feel so VIOLATED. I want my hard earned money back and I want for whoever is responsible to be held accountable for this horrific act.

  • Jun 4, 2015

Celire.com is fruad at the highest level. Please help get this site shut down ASAP.

Paid $100.1 thru Amazon play station per their request.

Received confirmation shipping email. Expected delivery date is May 27-28.

Today is 6-2, never received items.

Contact Celire.com thru email. Didn't get a reply.

THis is a scam.

  • Jun 3, 2015

I researched these guys before I ordered. That was about 3 weeks ago. No reason to doubt, until I never received my item. Now I go back and the reports are piling up.It was just 50$ but it's just that feeling of getting got. I go to Texas often, maybe I'll just drop in on 'ol' james. Ironically that's my best friends name from childhood.

  • Jun 2, 2015

I ordered an ipod for my daughter back on the 18th. Company sent an email stating I would have it by the 27. Well the 29th rolled around and nothing. I immediately email them off the contact us section of the web site asking them to look into this and let me know what is going on. No response, emailed the 30th and several times on the 1st. I have placed a complaint with the BBB on the company today.

Everyone is filing complaints and saying they hope someone will get them. But nobody has filed a complaint with the BBB. Why? There are Zero complaints filed against this company in the past 3 years. Unless everyone gets online and starts a complaint with the BBB they are being allowed by yall to continue to rob everyone. It took me less than 10 minutes to file my complaint and they have already sent it to the company. So lets make a difference and get your complaint filed. Really should be a class action law suit with all the people I see not getting what they paid for. Maybe someone out there will read this and start digging in to bring all the complaints together. I will post complaints anywhere I can find against this company to try and make a difference.

Ordered 1 bbq grill $50 /1 tv %50/ 1 yv $50 all purchased with $50 PSN cards.Have heard nothing and after reading the other reports I guess I can stop looking. What is to good to be true is right Just a SCAM Hank Silver Springs Florida

  • Jun 1, 2015

We placed an order for a washer and dryer yes it seemed too good to be true. However they were travel sizes which are hardly used and we had did some research to look up celire.com and I read it kinda worked like a site that gets just a few items that they discount really low items could have dents etc. They required that payment be made my playstation card points through amazon. Which is part of there scam becasue now you can't dispute the charges with your credit card and amazon doesn't refund on playstation cards. One would think amazon wouldnt want a company like this sending people to there site because in the end it does reflect them as well. Needless to say our lack of judgement on something we knew seemed to good to be true but saw a lot og great review cost us a loss of $100.00 we have never received the appliances or a email stating that they are coming. The phone number is no longer working. I guess the next time I'm in Houston I will have to pay a visit to get my money back. It's not the money we knew there was a chance it wouldn't come but it's the principle .

Celire.com is a scam.

It looks like a good deal, but they take your money via a Playstation Card purchased through Amazon and they do not send out product.

Beware...do NOT use them. It is a fake website.

STAY AWAY.

There are a few You Tube videos saying they are good and that the shiipping is slow. Those are all made by Celire and fake too. They say the shipping os slow, so you won't go ahead and post a negative report, giving them more time to scam more people.

I saw an advertisement for stereo headphones on the internet, Sennheiser RS 220, and the email address of this company that I could order them from, Celire.com, I ordered them on May 20, 2015, the only problem is they only accept $50 Playstation Store Gift Card from amazon as payment, it was sent to them, I got an email from them saying they got my payment and I would receive an email from them within 2 business days stating the item I had ordered had been shipped.

It is now May 29th, I have not heard from them at all, I have sent 5 emails asking about my order, I have not received an answer ever, and I have called the phone number given on five seperate days and it does'nt work, appears to be disconnected. I would like my headphones please, or a full refund of $50.00 please

I made a purchase of a Samsung Galaxy S Smartphone for $50.00 on May 16, 2015. Paid $50.00 as requested with a Play Station Code purchased through Amazon web site. Received Email from Carla Keegan on May 17, 2015 that payment received and order was processing. Received follow up email on May 21, 2015 that order was shipped-however, no information was given as to carrier for shipment.

I then was told by email on May 21 that item shipped should arrive between May 21-May 27.

No oder arrived on May 27, 2015. I then sent an email to Carla Keegan and made contact on the contact us portion of the web site to inquire about when I should expect to recieve the item. I received no response.

Sent a follow up email today and have not heard back.

Read on this web site that the telephone number is no longer wotking.

Had to use PlayStation Network/Amazon gift card to purchase. They made it sound great, but it removes being able to use shady credit card scams from being a valid recovery means!

Celire has ONE of virtually every electronic item they sell at $50 to lure suckers like me into buying them. First time I've fallen for it. I bit on a Swiss Legend chronograph watch and a Vizio 43" 4k tv. I met with the exact same fate as the guy with the Sennsheiser audio equipment. $100 thrown away with nothing to show for it, plus Amazon states their are no refunds or returns on their PlayStion Network/Amazon gift cards!

I HOPE SOMEBODY NAILS THESE SOBs.

  • May 29, 2015

On Sat, May 16, 2015 , I placed an order for a Nikon COOLPIX P610 Digital Camera (Black) (26488) = $50.00

The only method of payment was by purchasing an Amazon

$50 PlayStation Store Gift Card - PS3/ PS4/ PS Vita [Digital Code]

Upon makin payment, I received a Digital Voucher Code which I then inserted, as payment , on the Celire.com website. The rest is history: the phone number is now out of order and they are not responding to any emails

I had called a number of times and never received a call back. Upon various emails, I was informed that my purchase had been sent and should arrive May26-27. I have repeatedly requested a tracking number to no avail. when attempting to call them today, I find that the number is no longer working

I am requesting a full refund of $50.00
