I went in to cpr-noco to get adhesive added to the top of my screen as it was falling off. The tech powered the phone on and off in fromt of me to ensure that it was working worrectly and then ahd me sign a pieice of reciept paper to pick up the phone.
After coming to pick up the phone he cahrged my card. When I attempted to to turn on the phone and there wer red lines across the screen. I brought it to the techs attention and he notified me "Because it isnt our part there is no liability on us"
I told him it was working before and that he made sure it was working before he worked on it. He told me it was the screen. I asked the other tech to make sure. The tech took it back put another screen on and it still didnt work. THey told me they were closing and could not help me anymore.
I then took it to the premier mac retailer and repair shop Certified by apple. The opened the phone up and notified me that the tech had used the wrong screw on the logic board which caused damage to the entire phone.
When I notified the cpr-noco they denied responisbility an would not offer to remburse me for a new phone or fix it at no cost.

They suggested I take it to court instead so I am
