If I could do lower than one star I would. I ordered the 4.95 free trial and now , 8 months later I am still trying to get them to stop sending more and billing my credit card. It doesn't work. It is a total scam. I get a recording everytime I call and telling me to e-mail but the e-mail address they give is not valid. I am thinking I may need to contact a lawyer and start a class action suit. seems desparate measures are in order.
I ordered a "free trial" for $4.95 shipping and without any other information. Two weeks later I was billed $79.95 and sent another bottle.
The was no invoice or order whatsoever.
I called to tell them I hadn't ordered it and I was returning it. I was given an entirely different address in another state to return it to and was told I would be charged a $9.95 restocking fee.
The man gave me a return merchandise number to include.
I am returning it and pray I get my money back but not very confident.
