Went to Cellular Outfitters because they offered an impossibly good deal for a charger.
I should have known somethingwas wrong when they wouldn't tell me the shipping and handling charges until after I finished paying (they were insane, BTW, but I'd still have made the purchase because the cheap charger more than made up for it).
However, after I noticed they billed me twice for it, I went back to the website to complain... Turns out the order was never processed at all! They billed me twice for a product that I will not even be getting!
Their customer service has been no help. They just tell me they are not responsible and thanks for being a customer. I am simple SOL on the entire thing. It's too little money to make it a legal issue, which is probably how they operate. No one is going to sue over $18. I will write a rip-off report, though.
Ordered in good faith a phone case and according to their website it ships within 24 hrs. It has been 7 days and still nothing. They state that shipping is free then charge you $12 for shipping. Run from this site as quickly as possible. They rob you.
I ordered a battery and cover for my blackberry. I did not get an order number or the product. Nor have I gotten any response to my inquiries regarding my order. Let the buyer beware!
I ordered a cell phone gel cover, a screen protector with an extra cell phone gel and a free stylus pen. Recieived two separate shipments.
First shipment had an item I would have never even thought about ordering, an oversized executive case. Product worth $8 shipping $13.97. Shipping more than product AND they sent it priority mail.
Second shipment arrived 2-3 days later. It was what I ordered, however I did not sign up for $9.97 for $7.07 worth of product.
Called and spoke with someone rude. She told me I would NOT get refunded for the outrageous shipping charges, they use a flat rate. And I could return the unwanted product at my own expense for a refund of that particular item.
It appears that they want the money and customer satisfaction is not even a concern. And rude to talk with as well. Had four charges in odd amounts deducted from my paypal account.
