I ordered the "Samsung Galaxy Note 3 (SM-N900A) AT&T - 32GB - Clean IMEI, Black (NEW)" from their website cellularwings.com for $399 and I paid $20 for expedited shipping. Unlike some of the other compaints on here, I actually did receive a package after about a week.. BUT the phone was NOT as advertised. I received a USED Galaxy Note 3, packaged in a plastic bag with a heavily used charger cable. Also the phone was WHITE and not BLACK as advertised. (not a big deal to me but still not what was advertised) So yes I did receive a phone, but definitly not what was described on their website, not what I paid for. Of course no one at Cellular Wings would return my phone calls or email. Such a scam. They pulled the old bait and switch move on me. Don't fall for the same trick. I was dumb and didn't look them up before purchasing... STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES!!!

Either scam or terrible business... either way...

Similar issue as the rest of the posts. Ordered two smart phones. Immediately got tracking number from USPS, but after 1 1/2 weeks, USPS still hadn't received any package to ship.

Contacted the seller via email, Giovanni Gastelum, who informed me there was an "internal mistake" and the merchandise was never sent. I asked him to cancel the order. He offered a discount, I refused and asked for cancellation. He promised to refund the money that day.

It's been over a week, and I still haven't received the refund. As stated in the Review Title, Cellular Wings is either a business with very poor customer service / internal systems (a bit of a stretch I know), or the owner is a con-artist.

Either way, I've disputed the charges with my bank. I'll let Visa / the bank handle it. I don't have time for this.

To any of those who have stumbled upon this review, "if it's too good to be true, it usually is!". Verizon/AT&T/Sprint, etc. have the smartphone market locked-down. You can: 1) pay full retail for new, 2) buy reputable used (e.g., Gazelle, etc.), 3) deal with scammers. Sad but true...

Count me in with a problem, too

Ordered a phone and got the tracking number for two day shipping but that was over a week ago now. I have left messages and emailed with no response. Don't waste your time and money!

Cellular scam

I just ordered mine on the 19th of November but it's December 1 and my item hasn't arrived. Customer service says they are open 9am. It's currently 11:30am and still no person has picked up. I was send s tracking number after 2 days of payment but again I just checked, usps has not received anything from the company. I'm still researching whether this is a scam. My main consideration for the item was the 4-7 days delivery. Damn it, had I know I would've bought a phone on Black Friday. Fix this cellular wing.

the same thing happened to me

I ordered a phone from cellular wings and it was horrible. I paid for the phone to be shipped on 3 days and its been a week and some. I've had to hassle them and not its been 2 days since they sent me a tracking number and the phone still hasn't reached a post office. Not to mention there is no phone number to call. I really hope this isn't a

scam and I lost my money

Beware of Cellularwings.com. I saw another company on Amazon.com called Cellular Wings LLC and thought this was that company, so I thought they were okay, but they are not. Ordered a new phone from them last Monday, was even able to speak to them before I ordered it. But then when I tried calling them 2 days later to see what was holding things up, it kept rolling over to some voice mailbox. So I sent an email and they told me it took 2-3 days to process an order and that it would ship the next day. Then immediately I got an email with a USPS tracking number. The tracking number info at USPS says Electronic Shipping Info Received by USPS on Friday. But now it is Sunday and USPS never received a package. So I did a google search on this company and found numerous ripoff reports from consumers who were ripped off by this company. So I just started a credit card billing dispute with my credit card provider to cancel this payment, and just sent an email to them saying I now know they are a ripoff and they’d better refund my money before I call my lawyer and the FBI. I’ll also try calling them on Monday from a different phone number to verbally confront them.

Reply from Cellular Wings

Hello,

This is the director of Cellular Wings Inc, prior legal name Cellular Wings LLC. Yes, we are the company that is on Amazon as well. Unfortunately, various individuals purchase items online and get frustrated when an item is lost in the mail. They receive the item and find out we are a legitimate company. The issue is after writing reviews such as these, they never edit them to update the true status of Cellular Wings Inc. We are a legitimate corporation and we are not in any way doing any illegal activities. If you look up fortune 500 they are also on ripoff sites. Sites such as RipOff Report even if the issue is resolved they won't remove the review because they want to monazite online companies by only allowing a possible solution if we pay a very high fee.
