This company sends you a bill that says there's a $15 late charge, but when i contacted them via chat, they said it was a billing error and i don't owe a late fee. So i said, "great. But what would have happened if i'd paid the late fee as it was displayed, incorrect though it was?" and the service rep, claudia m, said that i would not have been refunded the $15 because i agreed to the charge (!!!!!)
I said, "that is shady. I wonder how many people pay the $15 not realize your billing was incorrect?" she didn't answer. She closed the window.
Advice: always question any bill you get from ctrma. Also, report them.
