Was really excited to go to Chad Chiniqys Real Estate Training to Find, Fund and Flip properties. After the one hour session at the Sheraton Lax my husband and I agreed to the $1267 sign up to join Chads team and get help to get started as an investor.

At the one hour program he stated that we would get mentored and have someone give us the ropes on how to get started for $1267 at a 3 day training class the following week. His team of people 1st lured us in with paying for a 3 day training for $1267. Not knowing that we would be Sheraton lunches worth $15 per day, and the team telling us that they paid for all of our lunches out of the $1267.00

We were so mislead that at the before the ending of the 3rd day of training. They really had us thinking that we will get started buying houses as soon as possible.

They finally broke our hearts and said this is not all the training. We charge $48,000 to get started !!

We felt so sad and misled. That we had to pay our hard earned money of $1267 to just get a little information and not be joined to the team.

And to think God will punish these rich liars, because there was actually two homeless people that took their last to go to a 3 days class from 8-5pm to waste their time to tell them and laugh in their face or seem to look so caring for the homeless saying "Oh, you thought you were in with $1,267.00, nooo, ha, ha, ha, its $48,000."

And even when Chad showed up he told everyone that people pay the $48,000 (their hard earned money mind you) and dont even do anything. I really was disgusted and he was smiling like they are so fair. Its so wrong what you do Chad. So sad.

WHAT DOES IT PROFIT A MAN TO GAIN THE WORLD AND LOSE HIS SOUL? Mark 8:36

Dont get lied to by spending a thousand only to make you feel so special like your are in and then get told your are not in until you pay thousands.

ask me how I made Chad return my money back

similar situation but I picked up that would be a scam right before the three day of my cancellation I did try to cancel it several ways and found out that it wouldn't be easy so I tried to cancel the charged into my credit card and guess what? Chad dispute it so I start writing reviews all of her than that but especially only Instagram created an account with his face and start telling the world my experience if you know how to push the correct buttons on the Internet you will get your money back I don't mine after going after directly on the Facebook and social accounts of his immediate family members and sharing it all the friends the experience I had with the family and how they get their money they called me right away and we made an agreement where he took the comments down and they return my money

interesting

Calling someone a scam without even going to what you paid for and seeing for yourself what is true or not seems dishonest. Whats interesting, is this morning I am searching the internet for deals and properties as chad's team is having me do and I stumble upon this blog. Curiousity got the best of me so I read it. I have had a different experience--as have most the people I know who have joined his program. They provided what they said and in the last 6 months since paying th 39k to them I have done two flips and have recouped that investment. Call me stupid, but knowledge takes money. I wasn't naïve enough to think that after 3 days in a class that I would have all the needed info to become an investor. It was a starting point. Got my foot in the door. And just like any other company, they offer additionals services for an additional cost.

I have worked hard at this. Chad's team actually funded my first deal--which I made money on and so did they. There is nothing wrong with that.

People seem to either play a victim role and blame others for their lot in life, or they make things happen no matter what. Its an education people. Go spend thousands on a university education to get employed and that's okay to do. but to spend tthousands on an education to become self employed in real estate that must be a scam.

Interesting mind set and different way of thinking. the problem lies in between the ears of an individual with how they think about money. Its a tool. yet too often we are taught to work hard to make money, keep it, hold onto it, pay bills with it. But to think to invest it people get scared of losing it. Then by 65 when they look at retirement they wonder why they can't retire comfortabley. interesting. I would imagine that those posting negative things about chad's team or group, are folks who live pay check to pay check mostly--work for other people-- and live in a bubble of blame. just guessing

Happy To See This

A couple came into my work place and they shared with me their experience and referred this team with me. I approached my husband on the idea and we agreed to start. We haven't to to the first seminar yet but we will. I googled the name to try and get the information for the seminar and I seen scams then I seen your post and this makes me want to continue to the next seminar, but I must admit I am a little scare.

Lawsuit - Sounds like a Trump Scam

Please let me know if there is any active law suite on Chad and his program. We were scammed and are now in debt. We have worked hard to make this work but it has taken a lot of sacrifice and false promises.

Lawsuit-Sounds Like a Trump Scam

There should be a lawsuit filed against Chad Chiniquay group. They are rude, and I had a family emergency. I had to leave they said at the end of the class those who paid and did not feel it was for them could get a full refund...Not true. They want you to reschedule for a later date and Linda never gets back to you to reschedule, needless, to say No REFUND, No Class. I especially did not appreciate the prick who made fun of my disability and his brother who at lunch made a rude comment why i'm divorced. They're rich off our money

I went to his seminar, I paid the money and I could see right through it. Charms with NO substance. Don't waste your money or your time..
