I looked in to Chancellors years ago when I was looking to upgrade from a LPN to a RN. I had spoke to one of the company's representitives who told me that they could send me a sample of some of the learning material to see if it was something that I felt would be a good fit for me learning wise. I had never attempted classes outside of a physical classroom before and was unsure if it was something that would work for me. The representitive told me that if I didn't like the system that I could contact them within 30 daynd I would not be obligated to any sort of contract.
I found that it was not a good fit for me and contact them as instructed within just a couple weeks, I spoke with a representitve who told me that everything was fine I would be take out of their system without any issues. withina few month I stated recieving bills and demands to pay my tuition, when I called back the representitive was rude and almost hostile, and made insinuations about me just not being motivated enough and trying to get out of my responsibilities because I was lazy. They have sence frozen my accounts, and are now garnishing my wages.
I am told the only way to stop them is to do it through a lawyer so this company is even going to cost me more money. Do not contact this company unless you are absolutley sure it is a good fit for you!
