I don't know how they are in business I've never seen a company being so rude and threating to call my employer because I said I wanted to file a formal complaint. I will never try to do business with them again. My first email to them start at the bottom of the page.

I have never dealt with a company so horrible in my life. Initially, I called back in January and a woman helped me set up Minnie Mouse to come out for my daughter's 1st birthday party. Her party is coming up in a week. The woman was so sweet and made the appointment so easy. However, I called yesterday to confirm the date and time that Minnie Mouse will arrive at my house for the party. (I just want to make sure everything is on board, especially since my daughter's invitations include that Minnie Mouse is coming) Well, a man answered the phone who happens to be the owner. His name is Matt. Since the moment he answered the phone, he had an attitude. Apparently, someone was having a bad day and was taking it out on the first caller. So, let me tell you a little story that turned into one awful situation and I am so glad that I am not giving my money to this company.

Matt (the owner) answers the phone and I tell him that I would like to confirm the timeframe and that Minnie Mouse is still coming out for my daughter's birthday next week. He begins to ask me when the party is going to be and the town that the party will take place. I answer the questions appropriately. After, I answer the questions, I tell him that I just want to make sure that we are just confirming that Minnie is coming because I already booked her two months ago. (In my mindset, I didn't want him to think that I was booking for Minnie when it was already done). He then raises his voice with me and states. "Ma'am I am only trying to help and I need to ask you all of this information because I have a ton of receipts to go through!!" I reply, "Okay" and he asks again for the town that the party will take place in and I tell him the town. Yet, he continues to get louder and "nastier" on the phone with me. I tell him in a calm voice that there is no need for him to get an attitude with me and that I am only trying to confirm the booking of Minnie Mouse coming out. He yells at me and says that he will refund my deposit of 25$. I tell Matt that no I am not looking for a refund and that I want a confirmation. Then, I asked if I could speak to his supervisor because I do not like how I am being treated. He gets louder and yells that he is the supervisor. He states that I started with the attitude. Also, he states in a nasty tone of voice, that I have been giving him a hard time since the moment I called. Immediately, I hang up.

What kind of customer service is that? Who yells at their customers and loses business over nothing? Over you having anger issues?

No soon later, I get a call from "No caller ID". Of course, I think it is this company and I do not want to deal with this guy's attitude. In my mind, I would call later and hope to speak to the woman whom I initially spoke with and who booked Minnie mouse for me. I get a second phone call from this "No caller ID". I do not answer. And for a third time, I get another phone call. Finally, after 3 phone calls from this man, I got a voicemail. The voicemail stated that I hung up on him and that he will cancel my booking and as of a matter of fact "I'm doing it right now and refunding your $25 onto your visa card and you can find another company that you are satisfied with". Fine. I move on and go to gigmasters.com (where I initially found this company from) They send you e-mails from independent companies who offer what you are looking for and help you contact them. My first reply in my e-mail came back from this company and I was declined to their service. The e-mail stated, "no, thank you".

Great, I don't want to do business with this company anyway. Moving on.

An hour or so goes by and I get another phone call from this "No caller ID". I answer it and it is Matt from this company. When I answered the phone, he was screaming stating who he was and from where. He stated that he was should press charges against me because another caller apparently threatened him. (sounds crazy to me and why is he calling me about this?) He stated that I had a back-up number call him and threaten him. First of all, a back up number? How and why would I have a back up number call him? I can certainly find another Minnie Mouse from another company because I do not deserve to be treated awful by this man. And, of course I found another company that is able to come to my house the date and time I need them. It didn't take me long, I moved on sir! Meanwhile, on this phonecall, I tell him that I have no idea what he is talking about and that I only called to confirm that this character was coming to my daughter's first birthday. He didn't even let me finish my sentence and states that "As a matter of fact, I am going to press charges against you. I have your address and full name and you and your family better watch out!"

Scared? Scared that he is going to press charges? No, this is absolutely insane and not professional. I've never heard of anything like this nor have I ever dealt with a company so ignorant and disrespectful. I am a full-time RN and am a single mother raising an almost 1 year old little girl. I think this man needs some serious help, has some anger issues and should not be dealing with little kids, yet babies.

I'm sorry that they lost my business for a simple confirmation of my booking. It was completely blown out of proportion. I referred this company to my co-worker for her son's birthday party because of the amazing customer service I initially experienced. Also, for their competitive price. Unfortunately, I warned my co-worker of this incident and informed her to cancel because nobody should be giving their money to the owner of this company. He is absolutely miserable and is taking all of his anger out on customers and potential customers. Extremely rude, harrassing and threatening. Who knows what could have happened the day of my daughter's birthday party. I am so glad that they will not be coming out. It's a shame that I have to sit here and type this complaint but I feel that this is only right to warn everyone out there! PLEASE take your business somewhere else. Now, let's just hope that I really do get my refund and don't get scammed.

This company is not good.they are latevandvtheir costumes are in bad condition, broken zippers,and made very badley thevcharators cant walk with far without guidence their not friendly to kids. They arrive not in costume their cd only played 1 song on track 2 for only one character when 2 were present. They did not provide all services as promised.

And when contacted the owner cursed me out very badly and threated me.he would not return my money.he told me to shut up over 25 times and tried to explain the elmo costume was damaged while putting it on at an earlier event.he hung up the phone and called me stupid an told me if I called him back to complain he would file harrasment charges against me.

Do not use them get a better company with a businesd licence in your city and stste with a physical address and landline phone not a cell.
