I recently purchased an advertised 18,000 mAh portable power bank and tested it under optimal conditions to make sure I was getting my money's worth. Much to my dismay, the $229 power bank performed at about half of what it was advertised at, if even that well. The unit was tested using a 65W power supply to a 4400 mAh laptop battery with the laptop powered off. It won't even charge the battery two full times, landing the capacity short by over 50%. I contacted Chargeall about this issue and it took five (5) attempts before I got a response acroos two different threads.

The first discontinued contact randomly, and the second informed me that I would have to pay return shipping for their defective product if I wanted a "refund". Shipping alone was $20 and it is the responsibility of the company to pay for return shipping of a defective item. I will not be buying a product from Chargeall again and will be sure to share my experiences with as many applicable sources as possible.

The purchase date was October 22, 2014. Another strange occurance is at no point did the provided tracking numbers work. I contacted Chargeall about this and received a DHL tracking number that soon became useless once the package switched over to UPS.

Back in September I purchased 10 charging stations from this company they told me that they were under warranty and if there's any problems they would replace the units within the first 30 days of me having these units mounted over the restaurant I've had to change the chip the power supplies which went bad after the first 30 days

then I purchased two more units from them which were portable charging stations which never worked from day one I emailed them constantly tried to contact the company to try to get them fixed and they finally convinced me that it was the power supplies so they replaced the power supplies for me for of course a small fee

after I replaced the power supplies and it is still not working I sent dozens of emails to the company made dozens of phone calls without any return of any form Cornin email after three months I finally got an email back from somebody saying that they can't cover the product I've had it for six months I spent $400 on the unit that I couldn't replace because I needed to purchase a warranty program which was $200 a month

I told him that that was unacceptable and they said they couldn't help me any further and that they didn't want to continue to do business with me because I kept calling them and emailing them

now the other 10 units I have the charging tips on them are not working I've had to replace over 40 of them in the past two weeks which of course thing me $10 each so I spent $400 replacing these charging units

still have two portable charging stations that are not working I've spent over $2500 with this company and have been treated like a second rate citizen with no customer service no phone call and just a nasty person on the email telling me that they won't call me or get back to me and they refused to continue to do business with me

after being so desperate and dependent on these charging stations as part of our business I even agreed through email to pay the $200 a month for a lifetime warranty on the refused to allow me to join the warranty program and the raise the price of their charging tips to $20 each instead of $10 each so now it'll cost me twice as much to replace discharging units and the blackmailing older customers and forcing them into a $200 a month commitment rather than just honoring and standing behind their product and making sure that they get something that works.Not a disposable product.
