The name of this unscrupulous individual is, Charles Whitman and 'Infinity Consulting Group'. Charles' claim to fame is, 'I can get your deal funded in ten days or less, tops.' He uses those butter me up phrases like, 'hey big guy', 'my friend', 'good buddy'. Words that make you feel comfortable and to make you believe that 'I would never do you wrong.'
Words to the wise, 'DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GET INVOLVED WITH THIS SCAMMER.'
He has absolutely no qualms about telling you lies. His main objective is to get you to send him $750.00 'skin in the game money' upfront. Then when you do, he will find anyway he can think of to prolong and stall any kind of funding. So please, for your own good, stay away. And do your friends a favor and tell them about this guy. I called Charles Allan Whitmen off of an ad on Craigslist in Dallas. He said the name of his company is infinity consulting group. He specializes in mortgage loans, credit repair, Cpn, trade lines. I paid Charles 1700.00 through money gram against my better judgrment For his services. He also said he could do a cash out refi on my office building. To make a long story short, he led the title company along, all the title work was done, he never funded the deal. He also never provided any credit repair or Cpn. He even had the audacity to ask me to make his payment for his Mercedes that just got repossessed! This guy is a joke! Stay away from him!
