I have had Chaturbate steal hundreds of dollars from me, twice. They simply take tokens, or tell you that your account is closed, and then keep your tokens. Customer Service is a joke, a BAD joke.
Everything posted here - and worse - is true. Plus, many of the models are scamming. You wouldn't believe how ingenious they are at thievery. Chaturbate makes a big deal of its rules. There aren't any. Report a model for a violation - for several - and Chaturbate won't do a thing. There are plenty of other cam sites where your money is safe. Spend it on them rather than let Chaturbate steal it.

This is untrue. When a wire transfer is performed domestically it takes less than 30 minutes for the funds to be transferred from the sending bank to the receiving bank. Clearly Chaturbate is ill equipped to process wire transfers and offer timely token credits for wire transfers. I suspect that they enjoy holding on to the money for 3 -4 business days since it is a "free" loan. There is no reason for Chaturbate not to be in a position to credit a users account within one business day after receiving a notification (assuming the notification contains sufficient information).
This company has terrible support. I am not a model, only a viewer. I have never broadcasted my cam there. Only spent money to tip performers.

Long time Chaturbate user/viewer (not performer), and never had any problems until last night. I went private w/ a performer who listed 18 tokens/minute. I started w/ 235 tokens, and after 2 minutes, I noticed they were going faster and faster. I ran out after 4 minutes! When I checked my token history, I could see that the show started at 18/minute as listed, but by the rate increased at the second minute, and by the 3rd minute the rate was about 56 tokens/minute.
I emailed customer service but have not heard back from them yet. It is only one day so far, but still, I would expect to hear back, or at least acknowledged. I still cannot figure out how this happened. Any ideas?

I contacted Epoch about an unable to tip error. After purchasing the tokens it happened. Support then got back to me after 5 hours and said that the money has been refunded and I have been banned for initiating chargebacks - the chargeback that was just now refunded by that person. I have been going back and forth trying to explain my problem and have the emails as evidence if anyone needs to but it's always the same automated response, I do not believe they actually care and a lot of these emails are being ignored.
Epoch says they cannot do anything about it because they only deal with billing and that in order to resolve it I would have to contact chaturbate support....so it's an endless cycle, if you are in the USA I am sure there is a way to force these merchants to halt payment until they resolve their support team, get the cops involved to order a warrant to force them to fix their support system because I know they get paid plenty to pay proper staff.
I have had over 6 unresolved issues i forward to chaturbate customer service to handle and obtain credits for tokens taken from my by a model on their website. Every time I send a report, this is the response I received for each issue I opened:

On January 26, 2016 I asked CB to refund my remaining 190 tokens. Immediately, they deleted them from my account. Now, almost 10 days later I still don't have a cash refund. They maintain that the money was refunded on January 25 before I even made the request!
Also, they don't care if their top models violate the terms of the site, as long as they're making Chaturbate money. For instance, Mila_ gets drunk on "grape juice" on every show, and never delivers on her promises in her room. Yet, despite many reports, CB will not remove her account. The same for another model who scams men outside of CB (I've sent them the links to sites that identify her victims), but they do nothing. Girls who piss during their shows and claim they're squirting are also immune.
First I don't understand why Chaturbate Customer Service Number instead of email only as a method of communication.

I contacted Epoch about an unable to tip error. After purchasing the tokens it happened. Support then got back to me after 5 hours and said that the money has been refunded and I have been banned for initiating chargebacks - the chargeback that was just now refunded by that person. I have been going back and forth trying to explain my problem and have the emails as evidence if anyone needs to but it's always the same automated response, I do not believe they actually care and a lot of these emails are being ignored.
Epoch says they cannot do anything about it because they only deal with billing and that in order to resolve it I would have to contact chaturbate support....so it's an endless cycle, if you are in the USA I am sure there is a way to force these merchants to halt payment until they resolve their support team, get the cops involved to order a warrant to force them to fix their support system because I know they get paid plenty to pay proper staff.
This is absolute garbage.

I have had over 6 unresolved issues i forward to chaturbate customer service to handle and obtain credits for tokens taken from my by a model on their website. Every time I send a report, this is the response I received for each issue I opened:
Due to an unusually high amount of token refund requests, we are unable to assist you. We apologize for the inconvenience.

On January 26, 2016 I asked CB to refund my remaining 190 tokens. Immediately, they deleted them from my account. Now, almost 10 days later I still don't have a cash refund. They maintain that the money was refunded on January 25 before I even made the request!
Also, they don't care if their top models violate the terms of the site, as long as they're making Chaturbate money. For instance, Mila_ gets drunk on "grape juice" on every show, and never delivers on her promises in her room. Yet, despite many reports, CB will not remove her account. The same for another model who scams men outside of CB (I've sent them the links to sites that identify her victims), but they do nothing. Girls who piss during their shows and claim they're squirting are also immune.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
First I don't understand why Chaturbate Customer Service Number instead of email only as a method of communication.
In addition, every complain i forward, which mostly require investigation on model activity and requests of large number of tokens collected for private password show which never took place.
I have lost over $500 and Chatubate would not either investigate the model nor refund me the tokens
