Contacted them regarding wrong name matching my address and phone number. Listed aliases I have never had. Was told I had to contact state and local agencies to fix records. Checked them and was told they only provide criminal records. No agency provides aliases or prior accress info. Re contacted checkmate and was again told they only use public records. I told them public agencies said they do not provide this info and I want my record correctd. Got more BS excuses and never got record corrected. Really un-cooperative and deceptful. AVOID this service!!!!
