Just uncovered a scheme by the Branches in GLADWIN, BEAVERTON and MIDLAND, MI to use Fake and altered contracts.
After all paperwork is signed, The Banks alter terms, Money balances AND Signatures to obtain properties All over Gladwin County, Midland Coubty...Copies of Forged and Altered documents have been sent to the State Attorney General in Michigan and warrants for the arrest of SEVERAL Chemical Bank employees HAVE BEEN ISSUED!
In addition, The FBI is currently investigating (2014) these same forged documents with the intent to issue Federal Warrants for several individuals connected to Chemical Bank.
