They charged over $2240 to fix an overheating forklift ($643 in parts & $1600 labor) probably a rip off, who knows, but fine, I paid the bill in 6 weeks. Now 2 months later the machine is leaking antifreeze and the owner got nasty when I asked them to stand behind their work and just take a look at the problem. Maybe their work was bad. Maybe its a bad machine. They refused to just look at it for free. They told me if a hose or clamp came loose its my fault, couldnt possibly be a poor repair job. Horrible customer service, worst company I have ever had to deal with. I will never give this company another penny. Id rather overpay a company that stands behind their work
