Christopher B. Behnam ( Being a "United Airlines Pilot")Approached my good friend Marvin White (Marvin White,who is the owner of the property that Mr.Behnam and family are currently living in/squatting) on the basis of purchasing the property @ 4302 Olive Ranch Road. After two or three diferent meetings with Marvin White,Mr. Behnam approached me (Michael Plaut) and asked me if I was capable of doing an assortment of different tasks prior to him moving in to the said property. I, Michael Plaut, indicated very strongly that I was NOT a general contractor but i was capable of doing any and all tasks up to current California codes. Mr Behnam strongly advised me that he DID NOT WANT TO PAY A CONTRACTOR NOR GET A PERMIT FOR ANY UPGRADES TO BE PERFORMED,but was willing to hire me on an hourly basis since my hourly rate is much cheaper than the current prices of a general contractor.
After working for mr.Behnam ,who on a daily Basis itold me that since he was the one paying me that he was the boss and wanted everything done exactly how he instructed me to do daily!Christopher behnam re assured me that i would be paid on an hourly basis and would be paid in full for all hours of labor that i performed . Mr. Behnam Advanced me the the first week in full and rest assured that i would be compensated each week.The first week went by and I worked well over the forty hours he pre paid me for when it was time to be paid at the end of the second week Mr behnam was not able to pay me because he was working (Piloting a Plane and was in not in california. Mr behnam appologized and told me he would be back ina few dayus and once he returned he would catch up wiith me and pay at IN FULL for all the hours Myself and my Friends who he requested and approved to help so to make the work which ws becoming over whelming du to all the changes made to to three times or sometimes more on a dialy basis.
Mr Behnam returned and owed a balance of roughly 3600.00 and met with myself and my friend and told us once again that he appologized and was onl able to give me a 3 day Post dated check and said he would contact me and let me know once funds were availble so i could csh the check and pay my helpers from this money.At this point I was pretty upset about not keeping his word on paying me each week in full and now reciving a 3 day post dated check.(theres alot more details and depth to this ) TYhree days pass and bankwas unable to rech Mr behnam for verification of funds and was unreachable for the next two days.
Now three weeks and finally my help was paid and current leaving myself short until an additional ten plus days later after more additional hours were performed to get closer to completion( Mr Behnam promissed balance to be paid and the new current balance to be paid as well In full. I had at this point did some internet researching on Mr. Behnam only to find 7 plus civil cases for credit card fraud and collecting funds on a buisness which was shut down by the FAA and the State of Florida for many different fraudulent reasons.This buisness,Still posted on the internet "YELLOW AIR TAXI/FRIENDLY AIRWAYS"in which Mr Behnam is posing as a CEO and wearing a United Airlines uniform for his buisness even after the state of Florida and the FAA court proceedings for these issues which defaulted into bankruptcy,has stated hMr. Behnam could NEVER hold this title or would become imprisoned.
I was out of town at this point,but prior to leaving ,myself and my helper Joe Jones,collected information that we obtained on mr Behnam and awaited his return from out of state piloting work.Upon returning mr behnam called to let me know he would be available the following morning. My co-worked /good friend Joe jones hand delivered directly to Mr Behnam, a list of hours performed for each individual duty mr Behnam Approved and instructed us to do,as well as a copy of all the fraudulent info we obtained on Mr. Behnam.Joe and i ,Michael Plaut agreed that joe would directly tell mr behnam that we would not complete and more work until we were paid ALL current monies owed for materials AND labor because of his faulty weekly payments and the info.we found out on him.and walked away.To make a longer story shorter,Mr Behnam locked us out of the job and currently has approximatly $1500.00 of my tools that I am not able to retrieve and told us he would pay us the balance of the previous bill $1100.00 and not pay for any of the additional work performed in the amount of $2500.00 + only if we completed additional work and additional FREE hours and that was that! well I told him forget it ,I would see him in court.
On the day of small claims court to collect monies we were owed, I brought two other helpers that were requested by Mr Behnam for other additional items that I wouldnt possibly be able to complete prior to Mr behnam moving indue to the fact that he would stop me from completing one project and begin a new project that became the new priority of the day.it ws an ongoing devious battle which i chose to overlook in hopes of broken agreements of being paid. I ended up having a great judge (who was filling in for the day)overturn the judgement in favor to Mr. Behnams Knowingly Devious and efforts to sauy i was acting as a contractor which I was not.If i would have been smarter and been paid on a daily basis for my labor the judgememnt wopuld have been in favor and Mr Behnam is 100 % aware of any and all fraudulent acts and uses them to his fullest potential with absolutly NO REMORSE....MR BEHNAM HAS NOW LOST HIS WIFE OVER ALL OF HIS FRAUDULENT ACTS THAT SHE DOESNT WANT TO PERFORM WITH HIM ANYMORE!! I AM GREATFULL FOR HIS LOSS!!! You deserve it Mr.Christopher Borzu Behnam and much more for cheating myself and my help out of our hard worked beautiful and professional work we are still in need of payment for!!! PAY UP YOU CROOK!!! I will make my best efforts to get this information to everuyone possible on the internet so this crook doesnt get taken by anyone else.
Christopher has now moved into the property atbthe address above and has backed out of hs purchasing deal with my elderly friend who is retired and now currently has to wfind work to make his house payments where he currently rents as well as his mortgage payment on the house that Mr Behnam is now squatting and hasnt paid the last four months payments on the now defaulted purchase agreement...This is a highly recommended statement specificly for Mr. Behnam,!! PAY WHAT YOU OWE TO MARVIN AND DONNA WHITE YOU ELDERLY ABUSER THEN PAY ME AND THE WORKERS FOR WORK WE PERFORMED AT YOUR APPROVAL AND DIRECTION AND GETBTHE HELL OUT!!! OR I WILL NOT STOP PURSUING YOU UNTIL I GET YOU YOUR NEW UNCOMFORTABLE CONDO BEHIND BARS WHERE YOU BELONG!!!!
