I have approximately $ 320 invested in Citrades. I contacted this company multiple times asking for assistance in retrieving my funds to no avail. On June 7, 2015 at 7: 49 PM I was on the phone with an individual whom stated he was a Manager and said his name was JOE SMITH. This individual started using profanity towards me making innapropriate comments about my mother and wife. He refused to put another Manager on the phone with me and finally hung up on me.
This company continues to refuse to help me make a withdrawl from my account and close this account.
Dont be naive ! These online "investmet" companies are there to rip you off. My experience with a commonity company called CiTrades has not been pleasant to say the lease. Los all my money. When I was finally able to get in touch with my "Broker" he suggested I put more money into my account. YOU MYST BE KIDDING ME !!! Last conversation was very unpleasant to the point of the broker swearing at me with profanity. Lost my money.... Bad experience... now doing a lot more research before sending another dollar to any "investment" compnay. Beware !!!
