I am a member of a coalition of families who have been victimized by adult guardianship Judges Charles Hoskin and Arthur Ritchie and their hearing master Commissioner Jon Norheim in Clark County Family Court of Nevada. These judges, through the rulings of Norheim, have shown extreme bias to violate trusts, DPOA's, wills, and joint bank accounts and officially remove family from protecting their loved ones and their estates. Estates are being laid waste by the courts decisions, the private guardians assigned and the lawyers who support them with no additional care provided the disabled retiree.
