Clinician Group, LLC Reviews

Ohio LLC Business Owner Clinician Group

The real owner is Zach Cargnino, but the first owner of that address was his Mother, Sue Cargnino, under a different business name. I'm sure thought up by Zach's father, Phil Cargnino, who is just freshly out of federal prison for scamming other citizens. He uses others people just like the Youssef's, so their the scammers and not them. Not to worry, Zach changed the name to M-3 Clinician Group. I don't know how the Cargnino family can look in the mirror and like what they see!

Outstanding

I've read all the reports and to be honest, I'm not phased at all, I've been independent rep for years people get angry and say silly things that are just NOT TRUE! Most likely the reps were fired or expected things that were not due them.. Every successful company has a few bad seeds!

I've been working with my physicians , they are paying somI get paid... If a physician isn't paying reps don't get paid! Simple as that!

Very very Happy with CG AND ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES!

Florida Rep with Cg for over a year! Paid every month when my physicians pay I get paid!

The reports are true. I work for a company that offers ancillary solutions and partners with various vendors to be a one stop shop for private practice MD's. Clinician Group has the audacity to not pay our entire organization and the many reps in our company who have sold their solutions to their MD clients. In addition they over promise and underdeliver services to the accounts who do sign on to do business with them.

Prospective reps and clients BEWARE!

Most often, MD's will turn to reps with whom they have a relationship with. It is truly sad and shameful that Clinician Group is damaging those relationships for short term gains. I look forward to the day this outfit meets their just end and Gary Youssef and Julie Ann and all those culpable are sent off to jail. I hope my company sues them as well as a smart legal team brings a class action suit against Clinician Group on behalf of the many reps and clients adversely affected.

DO NOT BE MISLEAD BY THE POSITIVIE REVIEWS FOR THIS COMPANY AS THEY WERE ALL WRITTEN BY EITHER JULIEANN YOUSSEF, GARY YOUSSEF, AND OTHERS IN THE COMPANY THE LANGUAGE USED IS ALL TOO COMMON TO HOW THEY COMMUNICATE

Before you conduct any business with these individuals look at their terrible reputation. They are very slick con artist, more like wolves in sheeps clothing. They sound very genuine upfront but you end being the victim. If you want to get involved with Clinicians Group first ask Gary, JulieAnn, or anyone else in management, what they have done with hundreds of thousands in commissions they stole (i.e. did not pay) from other individuals in other scams they ran such as the Rx Prescription Cards and other health related scams.

DO NOT, REPEAT DO NOT fall for their scams. A few years ago it was the Rx Prescription Card scam where they scammed a lot of people out of commission, now they're into mental health where you can read for yourself that they have scammed people out of commissions - AGAIN.

They are not very smart. If I were to continue scamming people I would at least change my name, but they use the same personal names and the same address.

Also, before you provide them with any of your hard earned money be aware that law enforcement is on to them, why do you think they screen all their calls, change their numbers frequently and are always watching their backs.

I was employed by Clinician Group in July of 2014. I made a few sales of Ipad's and after 7 months of me servicing the accounts and being lied to repeatedly by Clinician Group, i just gave up on ever seeing a commision check.

The doctor's offices that signed with me did a huge number of tests a month, and Clinician group was supposed to, and indeed did at first, send them a bill to pay, but then they charged the doctor's credit card on file. This was not the agreement. I even spoke to Julie Ann Youssef, my direct manager, and when she informed me that they were going to change their policy and start charging cards, I told her that was not my agreement with the doctors and we could not do it. She said they would not. Three weeks later, I guess Clinician Group ran out of mone, because they charged my doctor's credit card anyway, eventhough they had not given the credits required due to erroneous information about billing codes that they provided.

Also when my doctors had HUGE issues with the suggested billing codes, they acted like they had no idea how they could keep their system of credits going because the paperwork was tedious. Why were my doctors the first billing issues they had seen? Because they lied and told me they had a huge number of clients, but the first time I had an issue, it turned out to be the first time the company had seen the issue. I quickly realized they were making all this up as they went along. My doctors were literally guinea pigs that they used to iron out the wrinkles in their scam.

I have till, almost 1 year later, never recieved a commision payment of any kind. I am literally owed about $8000 but i know I will never see a cent of it, because they are crooks. please do not sign up to use their program, and please do not be a sales person for them. it will ruin your repoire in the area andprobably drive you away from the health industry all together.

It all sounds great and even looks great when you sign on with clinician group. They do indeed provide great support to their sales reps and clients to ensure their product continues to be used. And the clients even get what they pay for in terms of an easy to administer mental health test that is reimbursable depending on the situation. This all makes sense as this is how clinician group makes their money.

But, as a sales rep, you simply wont ever get paid by clinician group for your commissions from the assessments clients are running or for the ipads you set them up with. I worked with cg for 6 months as a sales rep and spent the last 3 of those months hearing every excuse as to the "mix ups" in accounting leading to my commissions not being paid. I never saw a cent.

Trust me, it all looks great and sounds like you'll make a lot of money while helping patients and providing a great service to doctor. Cg calls this their win, win, win approach in their weekly sales cheerleading meetings. But clinician group is the only one who wins since they get the clients you've brought in, they get the fees from the clients and then they keep all of your commissions from the sale as well. You will not see a dime!

From the time you spend prospecting, closing the sale, doing the training, implementing the test into the dr's office, waiting for the end of the month billing of the office, and then waiting 3 weeks for the commissions to be calculated so you can get paid...At least 2 months will go by from the point of your first sale. Then you have to deal with the excuses about accounting mix-ups or mail delays, or "let me look into that. All the while you're still bringing new business into the pipeline. Before you realize that it's a scam allowing them to get free sales labor with existing books of business, you've provided cg with months worth of hard work and new clients...And you will never see a dime.

Even if you don't have an existing book of business or sales experience, cg will sign you on anyway because it makes no difference to them to have one more person out there pushing the product when no one will ever get paid. After people figure it out and leave, they then just move to the next new batch of sales people looking to "help people while making a living". This is why they do their best to only allow recognized numbers in their meetings, mute all participants, and why they update their conference dial in number every few months.

I could go on and on about the over promising in reimbursement levels and the questionable interpretation of healthcare guidelines but just remember, cg will support you, some doctors will be interested in the product...But you will never see a dime from cg. The picture they paint as they "sell you" on the program is very attractive and you think you will help people, doctors and make money at the same time. But your time is better spent volunteering at a behavioral health facility because at least you will be aware that you won't make a living off off your work.

Oh and fair warning, gary, julie ann, zack all seem like the nicest people when you speak to them. They are the type that give sales people a bad name because they use their charm to deceive. Scammers.

This is a shameful extorsion of the ACA's (Affordable Care Act) attempt to provide mental evaluations for the good of our citizens. This programs was designed to provide awareness to various patients that are experiencing PTSD, BiPolar, Depressions and Anxiety. There are curently numerous representatives of this company that have yet to be paid for the commissions associated with the sale of iPads or the commissions on test ran by Physicians, Medical Facilities and Hospitals. These tests are directly related to private pay insurances companies, Medicare and Medicaid.

I was delayed in receiving commissions for over 3 months. The president of this company and his wife Julieanne Youssef who lives in Laguna Beach, CA while her husband lives in Ohio have set up a complex scheme to continue to attract potential new representatives by increasing commissions on iPads from $100 to $125 to $200 currently to $225.

If this sounds suspect, please take my word that it is. This is the same two owners that is directly responsible for Advantage RX http://www.bbb.org/toledo/business-reviews/work-at-home-companies/rx-advantage-plus-in-perrysburg-oh-90077842

Please note that the address of BOTH COMPANIES ARE THE SAME.

The practices of this company are in direct violation of the Stark Laws and the Anti-Kick Back Laws. Because this business model is in direct violation any and all complaints should also be reported to the OIG (Office of Inspector General) at www.OIG.hhs.gov/report-fraud.

False Accusations

I am sorry to hear of your negative experience with Clinician Group.

This is in no way a shameful extortion of the Affordable Care Act. We do not attempt to provide mental health testing; we DO in fact have multiple tests for our clients to use. Our tests were rigorously developed to help provide patients with accurate results based on their current mental health. Our tests are reimbursed by multiple insurance companies across the United States and Puerto Rico.

You are implying false accusations against the company for non iPad commissions from sales (actually leases from third party vendors) and tests run by the client. The iPad commission structure was created to help representatives earn an income while they service the client (if the client leased the unit. The tests are facilitated on the iPad itself and are a useful tool for Doctors to use within their practice). When a client was unable to get credit to lease the iPad, Clinician Group provided the client with the equipment out of pocket at which point there is no commission. The commissions come from a third party payer based on the lease of said equipment. If the client did not have sufficient credit to lease the equipment CG provided the unit at a direct cost to the company and no commission is due. We also gave the clients the choice to provide their own iPad’s as many have done already.

Tests run by the client are billed at the end of each month. The commissions are sent out after receiving payment from the client for the use of our mental health tests (typically 30 days from the point of billing). In some cases if the client has not paid, the commission due is delayed until payment has been received (hence the issue with major cellular carriers refusing to issue credit to certain clients). Once payment has been received the commission checks are sent to the appropriate representatives of the account.

It has also been noted that a request from you was made to receive commission from an iPad that our third party vendor provided to you at no cost, to help make sales calls and demonstrate our product. At what point would a free unit give commission? Any reasonable company would never give commissions on a free tool to be used in the conjunction with other free sales tools. As a representative there was no upfront cost to you to join our sales force.

IPad structured commissions do change from time to time based on inventory and prices from third party vendors. We have given our reps the best possible structured pay from iPad leases based on third party vendor costs (which in today’s economy fluctuate quite often).

The tests run by your specific clients were delayed due to nonpayment issues by the clients you brought on to CG.

Also making false accusations that we are in violation of the Stark Laws is egregious and appalling. We do not give kick backs to clients for using our tests. We do not provide them with free equipment in any way and they use our tests at their own volition.

Lashing out and making false claims against a company who provided you with a free iPad for demonstrations (for which you felt you deserved commissions), free marketing material, access to dashboard and free IT support to help train reps is beyond comprehension.

In fact you deposited a commission check on December 13th, 2014 (the day you wrote this post) for the tests run and iPad commissions from clients who actually leased an iPad(s) and ran tests.

Preliminary Validations:

Introduction – BMHE Validation Study

Test description

BHME (MyMind-Lab) is an assessment of mental health, designed as a brief screening of common psychiatric conditions. The original test contains 16 questions (Now is 46 questions), and takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. Each question is comprised of checkboxes, asking the test-taker to indicate whether they have experienced symptoms of a number of psychiatric disorders, within a specific period of time, with the goal to verify whether they fulfill the diagnostic criteria based on the DSM-IV and DSM-V. The scoring and report-generation algorithms are based on artificial intelligence and system-expert algorithms to approximate human reasoning.

The custom version developed for Clinician Group LLC will focus on a subset of the conditions covered by the original test. The questionnaire for this version will be modified (symptom checklists will be turned into Likert scale) and the report will be expanded to include a list of specific symptoms.

Data collection details

The assessment was released on Queendom.com, Testyourself.psychtests.com, and Psychologytoday.com for data collection in order to validate the scales. Test-takers accessed the test via a link promoted on the homepage or in the test listings. The test was offered free of charge. The subjects received a screening report when they completed the assessment and the validation questionnaire. The sample was uncontrolled; the subjects self-selected to take the assessment. Data were collected from 2010 to 2014. A total of 8,234 people took the test.

This is not some run of the mill operation. It has taken hundreds of thousands of hours to develop this program and many of our clients and reps are very pleased with what we have provided to them.
