A year ago my company which is based in Russia ordered CLC600 from Steve Cadwell, we spent a months for details and technical requirements for machine. Finally after payment he send machine but when we received container which we paid we was surprised, he didn't put string line, laser level and molds what we ordered.
I paid extra money by myself for delivery this thing. Also laser level which should be adapted for machine was not working. But it was start of problem, when we start working hight sensor wasn't in working condition. Also he promise like new exhibition machine, but it was heavy used repaint machine. First 2-3 months Steve rarely answered with promise to resolve this issue and then just gone and ignore my emails and phone calls. Finally my company have unworkable machine for about $80.000. Thank you Steve, good job. I don't reccomend anybody to work with this fraud company.
CLS Products and Steve Caldwell delivered a CLS 600 that did not have features that we paid for such as rear wheel steering, sauer danfoss controls, operational features, foam filled tires and the list goes on. Steve Caldwell is unresponsive and does nothing but make promises he can not keep or decides not to keep. The machine is inoperable for any work that requires tolerances of 3" or less side to side and 1" up or down. My recomendation is do not purchase anthing from CLS products USA or any product that steve caldwell is involved with.
If you plan on buying anything from the them you can call me first for further explination, i would be more than happy to give you info on my experiance to date. I have numerous emails and a signed agreement from steve agreeing that there are issues that i can forward to any party that would like to find out how he handles buisness.

In accordance with the terms of the Contract 03/2013 dated March 5, 2013, our company BEK-BROKER (Uzbekistan) was transferred $56.278,00 to the account of CLS PRODUCTS for Curb Machine CLS200.
Equipment was not supplied. Returned only $5,000.00.
During the year, we cannot get money back. Currently CLS PRODUCTS office is closed and did not answering phone calls, phone of Steve Caldwell on the answering machine permanently, his whereabouts are unknown to us.
This fact could remain within a commercial dispute, however, we have evidence that a similar scheme is used by Steve Caldwell constantly for several years with customers from all over of the world.
Awarding contracts Steve Caldwell originally had no intention of delivering the curb machine.
