Milton T Ault III and his partner Arash Shirdel are back at their old stock tricks again. Ault was barred from participating in a public company because of his New York and California deals where he swamped investors out of 5 or 6 Million in cash and FINRA and his business partner former real estate "self proclaimed garu" turned attorney went to his defense and lost Aults appeals.
So what did Ault do folks ? AULT formed another entity and took all of the controlling interest and stock of a company in Las Vegas called Co-Signer.com "Yes you got It" AND PUT in his wifes name to hide it from creditors. Most of us investors that had money in Ault Glazer Company have always known that Ault was behind the scam of creating Co-Signer.com since it started out as LETUSCOSIGN.COM from the law office of Arash Shirdel in Newport Beach but they washed it out using a myriad of different names of Aults and Shirdels Croanies . As an investor I an happy to say that Shirdel wont be practicing law much longer, and Ault is well I wont say at this point. Also you sjould know that the koran which Shirdel follows permits him to lie as long as they can gain an advantage. Of course from what I have seen every time Shirdel moves his lips he lies.
So now another pump and dump scam being created by Ault with the press on his web site. Watch this one folks and stay as far away as you can Co-Signer.com is just another Milton Ault/ Arash Shirdel pump and dump scheme. CO-SIGNER.COM, apartment co-signer, pot distributor, or both...?????
I Called Co-signer.com, A recording came on and told me that they were busy assisting other customers and to leave a message. I left a message and a girl called me back and told me that they were busy and that they have moved into a larger office to take care of their larger business for expansions. So being nosey (as a reporter should be) I sent my cousin over to their address in Las Vegas to see if they were legit.
The offices of Co-signer.comr is shared with a vending machine manufacture making vending machines for medical Pot, I then read their public offering prospectus as a public company and it doesnt say anything about their affiliation with POT , but their web site does, right away this makes me frown as the truth is not here yet.
I then looked up their company officers on the Las Vegas web site....Do Tell there are some interesting names on there from a California Company that went upside down last year...
