I'm taking the time to report this because I don't want anyone else to get scammed. I ordered a Coach purse from this website, against my better judgment, and received a fake. The website is deceiving in that it truly looks like a genuine Coach website. It was only until a couple days later I viewed my bank account that I noticed a store called 'Any Case Shop, withdrew the funds and was shipping from Beijing China. I knew then I would most likely be getting a fake. I own several authentic Coach purses and I will admit it was a little hard to determine if this purse was real or fake whenI received it, but after looking it over closely...yep, it's fake. I have called the # available on the website and it's been disconnected. I did send an email requesting information on how to return the item, but I'm not raising my hopes on getting any kind of answer. Just FYI, the real Coach outlet is by invitation only. You need a password and there is a running clock that will only hold your items in cart for a few minutes...any other website, be very suspicious.
Hello, I purchased two items from this company, one pocket booI and one wallet . I truly believed that they were authentic coach items. However, I was wrong. When the pocket book arrived, it had an image of a ladies face on it. I assure you I would not order a purse for my daughter with an image of someone face on it. When I complained, I was told to take a picture of it. I did. I never heard back from them. The wallet never arrived, even though I was charged for it. Buyer beware, please do you research first before buying on the internet. So, no gifts for my daughter, and I am out 150.00 dollars.

This is not a Coach Factory Outlet and do not have a return policy, I guess not when you are selling crap and saying it is Coach.
