I would have to say this is one of the worst companies I have EVER dealt with. The owner Mike came into our establishment and promised he would complete our order in a matter of 1 week, than it moved to 2 weeks....and then 3 weeks! When calling for status he would say I was bugging him when asking for status on deadlines he never meet. He had a check so why would he care when he would deliver was his motto I am assuming! Also when speaking with him, he would say our order wasn't even as large as other clients and so we would get our merchandise in another couple of days. When he said that I knew he was not professional and he shouldn't NOT be in this line of work. I think this was HORRIBLE service provided by Mike Joseph and I would only give poor feedback on this company. Not only was our order incorrect, but some of the merchandise never made it to our location. Mike was FULL of lies and VERY DISHONEST!
Don't even want to give him a star. He stole our money. Took a check and promised our shirts that never came. Every email I got from him had one sob story or another. He blamed it all on his printer, then he was sick, then out of the office, blah blah blah. Won't return any calls or emails now.
