I purchased on Amazon, one Fi2000 tuner manufactured by Cobra USA for my motorcycle ($438.02)
The Order was sold and fulfilled by Powersports Superstore of Cedar Park Texas.
The tuner installation damaged my motorcycle to the tune of: $533 (Parts / Repairs) and $22.25 (Shipping)
Cobra USA tested all parts involved and confirmed the damage but did not explain a cause. I have asked Cobra several times for reimbursement. They refuse.
As of today, after working with all of the above mentioned companies, I am left with a suspect tuner and a blown ECM (Grand total $972.01 Out-of-pocket)
