We went to this realtor in good faith. When purchase fell through we would have rented house from them. When we reported some of the problems (such as burned out refrigerator, leaky plumbing, etc) their agent abandoned us and went to the seller's defense. Stayed in house for 2 months as a rental. When seller doubled the monthly rent we left for another house. Their agent to make a sale misrepresented the house's living space. In co-hoots with the home inspector mis represented the domicile's condition and then could only brag about her "good relationship" with the seller's broker. When needed they ran faster than a stealth aircraft away from us: their client?.

This agency like any associated with realogy should not be trusted. They are more interested in their good standing with other brokers than with clients. Almost everything stated has been proven to be lies. We have dealt with many realtors but never anything like this group. Deception and lies are the rule and run to the aide of the other party.

Offered by Pearson's For Sale By Owner Services, for the arrest and conviction of any licensed real estate agent referred to us for price fixing. If an agent leaves a message on your cell phone or home answering voice mail, save the message! Bring the message to us and we'll get it to the FBI and/or Justice Department and we will press for immediate prosecution. Price fixing is to be taken very, very seriously. Price fixing can be as simple as them saying that "nobody uses agent "A" because they are a discount broker" or "you are currently using agent "A" but no agent will show your house because they are a discount agency". This is in an attempt to try and keep real estate commissions high. Any of these, or similar statements are blatantly illegal and must be reported.

Price fixing - Trying to keep commission rates high by boycotting or steering customers away from, companies that offer less than high commission rates. Violation is a felony. Restitution to victims: civil recovery up to 3 times damages, $100M corporations and 10 years imprisonment for individuals.

Nothing is more important to real estate cartels than controlling the Multiple Listing Services (MLS), the databases of homes for sale. Real estate websites often allow home-buyers to peruse local MLS listings on the Internet. Yet they sometimes censor or omit listings sponsored by a discount broker. And many established real estate agents won't allow their own listings to appear on a discount broker's site. That spiteful move led the U.S. Justice Department to sue the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the industry's ultra-powerful lobbying group, for allowing members to discriminate against Web-based brokers.

If an agent ever tells you not list your property with a broker who offers discounted commissions, they are breaking the law. If an agent ever tells you that no agent will show your property because you are currently listed with a discount broker, they have broken the law.

I was a transaction coordinator in a transaction in which I was not a party to any agreement. Linda Oetjen and Sandra Deering both signed a commission instruction agreeing to give part of their commission to the seller in order to close the escrow. However, they signed this commission instruction with the ill, malicious intention of suing in the future for the commission they agreed to give up. This is what you call against the law of estoppel. Estoppel precludes "a person from denying or asserting anything to the contrary of that which has, in contemplation of law, been established as the truth, either by the acts of judicial or legislative officers, or by his own deed, acts, or representations, either express or implied. Therefore, you cannot enter into a contract with the intention of not performoing in that contract. But Linda and Sandra did jsut that. And somehow, under the most unbelievable circumstances they filed and won their arbitration case against the listing broker for the commission that was assumed by the seller. The listing broker was not even the right person to sue. The seller is the one who assumed the commission, not the listing broker. And now the listing broker is somehoe responsible for coming out of pocket to pay the money that the seller assumed. Worst part is that I was not involved in this transaction beyond assisting with paper pushing and scheduling appointments, and they put a lien on my property!!!!! DO NOT do business with Linda Oetjen or Sandra Deering. They sign agrreements WITHOUT the intention of fulfilling their obligation to that agreement. They are malicious, and they have a huge brokerage to back them in legal fees. DO NOT do business with these people. They are cons.
