This past May our family moved to Florida. We contacted this company to move our household to Florida. At first everything was fine. They took a down payment of 1489.86 over the phone and set the move date for later that week and thats when the fun begain.

The movers where suppose to be at our home between 9am and noon, called thru out the day pushing the time back. He then called and said we'll come tomorrow instead, when told our flight was for 6 am the next morning he argued with us. After calling the manager they showed up at 8:30pm.

At this point they informed us they couldn't take everything on the list as there was only so much space on the truck. We ended up leaving 1800.00 worth of items in the home. When we called to complain we were told he should have offered another truck the following day, again we stated we were flying out that morning.

Then we were told by the driver that he would be the delivery driver as well and the items would be in Florida by the Following Tuesday. After that date we begain calling trying to figure out where our belongings where and we were told they had until July 2nd to complete the delivery or the down payment would be refunded in full. This was told to us by Bill, James and Eric.

On July 1st i called and asked for a time and the amount we still owed because that goes off of weight. I was told again by James that the delivery would be on July 4th, We questioned this as it was a holiday. All Day on the 2nd we called to get updates with no response.

Today July 3rd i received a call at 8:40 am informing me the driver will be delivering our items by 2 or 3 today. When we called the office to complain we received nothing helpful, got hung up on and told if we didnt take today we had to wait another 2-3 weeks!!!

Now the driver is still not at our house, and the company is saying they will not refund the money from the down payment nor will they give us our stuff until we pay what they feel is owed!! They lie non stop. Change the rules to suit them, can care less what the contract says or what they tell their customers.

After talking to our Attorney we were told to call the police the second they refuse to release our items then to call him as he will begin the lawsuit that very second.

Do Not for any reason use this company or any sister companies. The employees are Foreign, they dont speak English at all. They have no respect for you or your belongings. They are required to allow you to check your items for damage but they wont allow you too.

This company needs to learn they can not act this way. They need to be held accountable for the lies they tell and their actions.

This company charged me over 3,400.00 to move me and I personally packed boxes and watched them get sealed. When they arrived, my stuff was in a completely different truck, broken, picked through, glued together, many expensive things missing from sealed boxes, received a cover to an 85.00 large pan andno pan. I receied a sugar bowl and no cover, a salt shaker and no pepper saker, a pzza stone vanished. Large porcelain bowl arrived cracked and same for an oval serving dish. Oneida stainless flatware service for 13 vanished, along with maching serving pieces - saw it later listed on ebay, for 300.00 in my sae exact pattern, clay pots vanished, whole sets of porcelain bowls for 8, plates for 8, covered serving bowls vanished, antique plates gone. Large ceramicdokey from mexico arived all smashed. It had been well packed but when it arrived there was no packing paper on it. The only way the thieves could have gotten the pan and delivered the cover of the pan was to go through every box. That is what they did. 2 of my chairs were thrown and the legs were broken off the chairs, The movers charged me 200.00 tip x 4 guys = 800.00 on top of that, just for the tip alone. The salesman never answere his phone after that. I wrote them online and they ignored my letter. Called them several times and there was no answer. The salesman insisted on picking my stuff up after a holiday & I could not order any insurance or any of my stuff becaue the insurance company had been closed for the long weekend. I complaind in the legally allowed time and they ignored my letter.
