Joe came to our home once and had me sign the contract and pay in advance $800 for the training sessions.
I was offered an out-of-state job so had to move abruptly. We asked Joe for a refund for the sessions we had not used, and were even willing to allow him to keep a bit extra for the hassle. NOWHERE on his contract that we signed did it say anything about our money not being refundable. We clearly and legally were in our right to receive a refund.

Joe immediately broke off communication and refused to return calls or emails from myself or my fiancé. This man is a crook and a cheat! Not to mention he self-admittedly has a temper. BEWARE AND PLEASE STEER CLEAR!!!! He stole $800 of mine when all he did was show up to my house, ramble about his experience, had me sign and pay him. Shame on me for trusting him but I don't know how he sleeps at night knowing he has illegally kept other people's hard earned money.
