Company sends out work orders and inflates them with additional itmes to get you to do more work for less pay or the same work. Breach of the contractor/ subcontractor payment system. They send out revisions saying the clients are not going to send in payments if you do not go back out to the properties and provide more photos. They hold work orders and send them out late and hold you accountable and blame you for the late work orders. They lie about the properties to get you to do the work. The condition of some of these homes should be reported to the city/county inspectors. For instance there is a property that burned up in a fire there is a citation at the property to have the property torn down but CPR is still cutting the grass. The property is a danger to the area. Another instance of false billing property in mountains has no grass just moss but a grass cut has been ordered over and over. Rip off of monies. They lie about the work orders, when they know the truth about them. They hold your payments when it is a violation of contractor/ subcontractor payments.I say place Mechanical liens on every property and sue, sue in court.
